I have a VERY bad head cold. It's dreadful. Obviously, I have to go to school. Not like I want to miss school, because what if I have a flu later and have used up my days? Besides, the makeup work would be a killer. I would like to take some hot green tea to school, but only water in clear bottles are allowed. I'm so dizzy, and my stomach hurts, I can't eat, blah blah blah. I'm sure you have all had something like this at one point in time. So any suggestions on how to get through the day? maybe something to help before I get to school? I don't know. I just know I can't get through today with out some help. Thanks:)

First of all, I do have other pets. Two hermit crabs, and two dogs. So I can take care of pets.

I was just considering getting a guinea pig. My friend's brother has one and I just fell in love with it! She was so cute, and so sweet! So are they high maintenance? Do they actually stink all the time? That may be a myth, but I'm not completely sure:/ if they do, my mom won't let me get one. Do they cost much? Accumatively, I mean. With the food and bedding and all. And I know I could just look this up, but how long have they lived in your experience?

This is for all my techies. I want a laptop because mine was horrid and cheaply made (not a big surprise considering it was cheaply bought) and has become crazy slow and a million other problems I could list.

Anyway, I need a new one. I want one that will last several years without getting slow or the buttons sticking, etc. basically just good quality. I would definitely prefer a webcam, but it isn't necessary. I need a large memory because I take a good bit of pictures. And I don't want a giant laptop (17 in) or a tiny one (10 in or smaller) just one that will be about medium size. Nothing too extreme on either side of the scale.

Base line, I need a laptop that is no more than $600 or possibly $700 that is made well and won't crash after a year and a half. I can't afford to buy laptops over and over!

I've known this girl forever, and she's always been jealous. She does and says everything I do, and I don't like it because she plays it like that's just her, but it isn't. People tell me she's changed since I came to her school (i moved) and they accuse ME of copying her. I can't just dump her as a friend bc I carpool everyday, no choice. Please please please help!

It seems that I'm better than my friend at everything. I'm prettier, smarter, I model, I act, I sing, guys always flirt with me (while completely ignoring her:/) and she gets extremely jealous. No hate! These are just facts. I've been trying to ignore her and be the bigger person, but she keeps trying to cut me down. It doesn't hurt my feelings or anything, but it EXTREMELY annoying. She even flirts with the guy she knows that I like! She tries to copy my entire personality, too. Like the mini me from hell. Normally I'd just dump a friend like that, but I carpool with her everyday, no choice. Have you been in a situation like this? What about one of your friends? Advice please!

I need a good name for one of my characters. He has blue eyes (or grey, possibly), black hair, and he's cold and unforgiving. He's feared, not loved. Ideas? No hate.

So my skin is super annoying. It's great, the only thing is it gets red every time I go outside! I hate it! On top of that, we go outside every day after school. Story time. I come in after watching some of the guys play basketball outside. Means my crush start talking, and my friend walks up and says, "Oh, why is your skin so red?" Thanks. You're awesome-_- The guy didn't notice until my friend said something, and he's actually concerned. So now I'm extremely embarrassed because he thought I had some kind of medical problem that affected my skin! I got that problem taken care of (aka totally blew it off), but I still want to help my skin. By the way, it's Only my forehead and cheeks, so my skin appears blotchy. Added goodness. :l Thanks!

Hey. So, I'm not fat. I'm actually really skinny (which makes this even weirder), but I have that teeny little roll at the bottom of my stomach. It sticks out about an eighth of an inch. I also want smaller inner thighs. Anybody know how to get rid of that little belly and how to tone my thighs? Oh, and it has to be as quickly as possible, because my agent wants me to model some swimsuits, and the season for that is almost over. Pleaaseee?

Okay, so I'm really self-conscious. I don't want to sound conceited but I know I'm really pretty because I model, so it isn't that. And I have a lot of friends. But I'm always kinda hiding behind my jacket because I can't buy pretty clothes like EVERYONE ELSE at my school! And I have a great fashion sense I just can't afford it because I'm saving up to go to a private school in high school. Any suggestions on how I could make the most out of my money (or the dorky clothes I own)? Or just not be so worried about what people think of me? Thanks!

Hey, this might be long, just so you know. :) So, I have bumps all over my face, that aren't red. And every morning, I get red splotchy spots all over my face that don't go away until around noon. I cover that up with makeup, but when the spots go away, my face is lighter on some spots because of the concealer. I use Fit Me foundation, does that specific foundation clog your pores or something? Do you know of any great, cheap stuff for you face (face washes, scrubs, masks, mousturizers, etc.)? Thanks!

Well, in 6th grade I made Bs and Cs. Ditto in seventh. In 8th so far I have been making As and Bs. In elementary school straight As every year. I plan on going to a great college (though I am not sure which one yet, hehe:) I have several ideas of future carreers: -Forensic Anthropologist -Lawyer -Politician -Pharmicist

I do have rather large plans for my life, and of course, only God knows how my life will really turn out, but these are some things that I am really interested in. With my grades, do you think I could make it to a good college?

P.S. What really drags my grades down (I would be making all As if it weren't for this) is homework. Any suggestions on how I can stick to it? I'm sort of a procrastinator.

I went to a supposedly experienced curly hair stylist to get my hair trimmed. I told her one inch, but she cut off five or six inches!! AND she layered it! That would usually be ok with me, but I didn't ask her to do it, and she did it terrible!!! I had to go back home and re-cut it myself. Now I have a 'fro thing going on, and would love to have my waves back. Any ideas on how to do that? Please, only people who have curly hair or are curly hair stylists. Thanks:)

I have lots of trouble sleeping. I can't fall asleep until like, 1 or 2 in the morning and then I'm tired at school the next day. I do take melatonin pills (which help regulate my sleep) but they don't help too well. I've tried drinking warm milk and stuff like that. Please help!!!

Our daughter is 13 and still sleeping in our room. We talked to her about it and she can sleep in her room sometimes but she gets really scared. She starts hearing things just because shes tired and half asleep but she wont let herself go to sleep because she is too scared. She keeps her tv on, and her bedside lamp on. Please help her!! She gets embarassed about it. It is one of her biggest secrets, we are the only ones who know. Please help!
