If you think about it, it seems that you are evil if you make over $250K a year and for being so bad you need to give all your hard earned money away to the less fortunate. I don't make that kind of $$, but it is (or was) my goal in life to get there. Now I am not so sure. If I work hard and become successful I can then have the privilege of being classified as evil and be able to give everything I earned away.
