  • President Obama. The cost of gas and heating oil is climbing. What will you do about it?

It is up to $ 82.00 a barrel. So what will you do about it? Who are you going to blame for it?

  • John Murtha(rep D PA) just died. Age 77, complications from surgery..i?

I guess my question is, why do these career politicians stay in office forever, yet once the average person reaches age 60 or, so, he is often forced out of his job.

  • What will the look be like on Hilary Clinton's face Wed night.?

Will she have a pleasant expression on her face, or look like she has a terminal case of PMS. After all, had it not been for Obama's slick talking which made slick Willie look like an amateur, she might have been making the State of the Union address. I wonder what will be going through her mind.

  • Does anyone recall ever seeing Obama smile?

I don't. He gives me the impression that he is a very angry person. The only time I recall seeing something that remotely resembles a smile is what you could call a smirk, when he says something which we should all be impressed by his abundant knowledge and education.

  • Heard while leaving a minor league stadium " That was a good game!"?

Reading Phillies 9, New Britain Rock Cats, 1.

What is your definition of a "good game?" To me, a 1 run game, not more than 4-3 or 5-4, , when the outcome is undecided until late in the game.

    Good defense and great pitching.

  • So Hillary is unhappy about being upstaged?

It seems Hillary is unhappy playing second fiddle to Obama on the world stage. While he is flying to Russia, Middle East, etc she is pushed into the background doing little more than PR work.

Last fall, when Hillary stepped down as candidate for President to allow Obama to take the candidacy, she sounded like a good democrat, sacrificing herself and her political ambitions for the good of the party.

My reaction was, " yea, right!"

My question to you is, is this just a minor misunderstanding that will be soothed over, or is this a volcano about to erupt. And, did anyone really expect this ": truce" to last this long???

((Or was Hillary "misbriefed" by Obama about what her role would be, or did she "didremember" what he said they would be.

  • What are you getting tired of seeing on TV the most?

    1. The commercial for "freecreditreport.com"

    2. Ads for Viagara, where you have to explain to your 8 year old .why the lady has such a big smile on her face.

    3. Barack Obama blaming " the previous administration."

  • Tim Geithner's future?Any bets?

  • What is wrong with this picture???

In order to create jobs, Barack Obama wants to have the govt finance a massive repair job on the roads and highways of America. Why not just let the states keep the money and fund their own repairs????

  • Has anyone seen the new pres/congress approval ratings, just out????

    Bush - 26%

Congress - 17%. I'd like to send my thanks to Nancy Pelosi, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Harry Reid, Charles Schumer, Arlen Specter, Ted Kennedy, John Kerry, and others too numerous to mention, for the wonderful job of looking out for us that they're doing.

I wonder if I had such a wonderful rating on me from my boss, what kind of a future with the company I would have.

  • Is anybody rejoicing over GM's downfall???

Recently, GM was the largest company in the world, and the # 1 car seller in the US. Their profits were in the billions. Now, they are a shell of their former self, and as far as being profitable, those days are gone! They are scraping to get enough cash to pay their bills.

Stockholders are seeing their equity go down the toilet, retirees are seeing their benefits evaporatee, and many , many GM workers are now without jobs.

People hated GM in days past as they hate the oil companies today.

Is everybody happy about GM's plight? Now do you see what happens to companies oif they fail to make a profit??

  • Wouldn't this be absolutely hilarious....?

If a demo candidate would appeal his or her loss to the supreme court and no decision would be made in time for the election.

Would the ballot read, " a candidate to be named later?"

Remember, it wasn;t that long ago that we had to wait over a month to see who won the election.

  • Which Dem will drop out????

For the sake of Dem party unity which candidate do you think will drop out of the race come June.

Obama?NO! He thinks he's God's own messenger to the American people. Hillary???No way. We have a pres with the lowest rating in decades, a congress who is a waste of time, and the Clintons believe it is their manifest destiny to solve all our country's problems.

Amazing! A year ago, there was NFW a Rep could win in 2008, now the Dems are willing to hand it over to mcCain while they have a political versionof WrestleMania.
