According to some, infant baptism is acceptable. Some believe that this practice is okay along with the baptism of adults by immersion. In that, there is a conflict if both doctrines are accepted and practice simultaneously.

Why then baptize infants, if it's possibly dangerous to do so by immersion? Why not just baptize older children and adults? If infants need baptism, then what is the consequence if they die before? If it were that important, wouldn't they be baptized right in the hospital?

It seems to me that pornography is addictive and therefore destructive to a person's life. Also, pornography of the legal nature leads to child pornography, rape, incest, and spousal abuse.

Should there be more regulation of pornography like with substances? Or is pornography like gambling where nobody cares how much money you lose or how it affects your life as long as you can't kill someone because of it.

I am to understand that the government does not have any power that they cannot naturally obtain from the people. This means, for example, we can have police force because as people we could share in that responsibility (ie neighborhood watch). What we cannot do, however, is go to someones house and take their possessions because we think another neighbor needs them more than the owner (ie income redistribution).

I am looking to replace my incandescent brake lights on a trailer with LED lights. My incandescent lights burn out often. I'm afraid there is a short. Would a short damage the LED lights too?

Example evidence: He wants to remove term limits and essentially make himself King of Venezuela. Is this really some idealistic, naive move to better serve his country? OR, is he duping the people in order to gain greater power?
