I got my ears pierced when I was about 10 years old. I wore earrings for a long time, and realized I was allergic to gold when I switched from steel to gold a few years later. Not long after, I stopped wearing earrings altogether.

A year ago or so, I tried to put an earring into the partially closed holes. My one ear took the earring with no problem. But the other one was tough to get in, and when I got the earring in, it was itchy and irritating. It ended up getting a little painful and inflamed, so I took the earrings out and let it heal up again. I've tried again, but it just does the same thing. I want to start stretching them to a size 0 gauge, but I'm afraid that my ear's inability to hold the earring will be an issue.

Has this happened to anyone else? Could it have just been that it had been a long time not wearing them, and therefore I should've persevered and just cleaned it until it accepted the earring? I really want to stretch it, but I'm afraid that it'll blow out or get infected.

I usually get my period on the last week of the month. This has been the schedule for about a year now. My boyfriend doesn't ejaculate inside of me, and we've been using condoms. But at the end of April, when I would've gotten it, I spotted instead. Then a week ago, I spotted again. I kept thinking I got my period, and it just never came. We've taken 3 pregnancy tests and they all say negative. I haven't been nauseous, but smells have been getting to me a lot lately. I always have indigestion, so I can't really go on that either. My breasts don't hurt and aren't lactating, but maybe it's just too early for that to happen? I've also been very tired, but have a hard time sleeping at night. I've been a little crampy, but not a lot and not often. Could these be early signs of pregnancy? Should I fork up the money to go get a blood test? I don't have insurance, so everything would have to come out of pocket...

For three days now, I have been experiencing strange symptoms for me. I have pain on my left side under my rib, which goes up into my neck and hurts whenever I breathe. I am also feeling lightheaded and extremely tired. I went to the hospital and was there for almost 6 hours and they told me I don't have a blood clot, and nothing seems to be abnormal. Does this happen to anyone else? I'm only 20 years old, I smoke, but I don't really drink. I'm definitely not pregnant and I'm not on birth control.

This is me. I've been a punk/goth for a long time and I want to do something drastic with my hair. Its been long and wavy for years now (sometimes I straighten it) but I want something different and I really love chelsea hawks because when they're down, they look almost normal and I need that for my job.

I was just wondering that if it is winter here in America, what season is it in the Netherlands?

My cat Twitchy keeps going through the garbage like a dog! We've tried to keep him away from it and tried to teach him not to but he knocks it over and spreads the garbage all around the apartment! Me and my roommate are tired of him knocking it over. Is there any way that we can get him to stop?

My roommate and I have 2 cats. One is Nightt and the other is Twitchy. Nightt is a female who's about 12 or 13 and Twitchy is 10 months. We took Twitchy in as a foster, and decided to keep him, but all he and Nightt do is fight! All day and all night they go at it. Twitchy is the bigger instigator because he wants to play, but Nightt will start hurting him if he gets too rough and sometimes she attacks him without reason! Nightt wasn't the only cat in her previous house, and apparently she didn't fight as much as she does.

Is there any way to make them stop? We tried crate training but they don't care, they still fight. We've gotten complaints from our downstairs neighbors about the noise of them running around! What can we do?

I was wondering, when you cast a circle do you have to buy special candles for each element or is it okay to just use colors that coincide with the element? (i.e, can I just get say a blue candle for Water or purple for Spirit or do I have to get special ones?)

My boyfriend and I lost our virginity's to each other, and he climaxes perfectly but I get worked up and it feels like I get close but it never actually happens (and we on for a while, too!). My boyfriend and I want to move in together after we leave high school. We want to move between New Jersey and Philly, because I'm going to a school in Philly and he has to go to a NJ school because he's in the National Guard. But my father doesn't want us to move in together. He thinks we're just two dumb kids who are all lovey-dovey and that it won't last. My boyfriend and I are young (I'm eighteen and he's nineteen) and he wants to go into the army. I'm starting art school next fall in Philadelphia (we live in NJ). He doesn't know if he wants to go on sctive duty immediately or go to college first. If he goes active first, he immediately gets life insurance and health insurance, but he'd be gone for 30 months! I don't want to break up with him because I really love him (I'm not just some dumb kid who says they're in love, believe me) and I want to stay with him. We'd get housing after the 30 months, but I don't want him to be gone that long...what should we do? Should he go to college first or should he immediately go on active duty? Would he be home sometimes during the 30 months?

Umm..this is embarrassing. Me and my boyfriend lost our virginities to each other, buteven though we've done it like six or seven times we still can't orgasm! We either get too tired or we lose the mood, you know? Is there anything we can do to help? Or do we just need more practice?

I've never been a paranoid person or a person with anxiety problems until the last year or so. If anyone's seen my earlier questions, I have had stomach problems since June of 2008 and I ever since I've been having anxiety attacks, mostly in the mornings during my first period class (around 7:30 in the A.M.). Could this be another symptom when it comes to my stomach problems? My mother says that they can just start at anytime in your life, but can they be brought on by an illness like mine?

My friend and I are writing a book and it's my job to write about our Knights. The only problem is, I don't know where knights were trained. Did they train at home, by themselves, or as a group? I can find how they ended up as a knight, but no one tells me like, where they met up or anything. If I remember Feudalism, I think that a King would give his knights land, right? And they'd have serfs? I don't remember...but can anyone help me with this?

Okay. My friend Nicole was going out with this guy, Tony. He cheated on her. Twice. Now my ex-best-friend Shana is going out with Tony, and claiming that it's not stabbing Nicole in the back and also being stupid because she's going out with a guy SHE KNOWS cheats on his girlfriends.

Now she's all of the sudden Miss Lecture and says that I'm just a b**** and that I never want my friends to be happy. I do, but I know that Tony's a jerk and a half.

What should I do? Ignore her like I've been doing?

I have really bad stomach problems. They started back in June when I woke up and I was nauseous and I almost threw up. It stayed for a week before I got better, but now every time I eat I get sick to my stomach and if I DON'T eat, it gets worse. I need help and my doctors won't help me. I'm definately not pregnant, thanks.
