I am 16 and considering chemistry at uni, i was wondering if i could get a part time job in a pharmacy and if so what type of things i would be allowed to do.

If you gave a plant say powdered caffeine dissolved in the water you give it would it grow faster or would it make no difference... I know a lot of plants contain caffeine naturally but would giving it more than normal or giving it to a plant that normally has no caffeine make any noticable difference?

I have a 6 place setting Johnson bros snow white dinner service that is not in use, I am looking to sell it but have no idea who to approach and how to know that I am getting a good deal... Has anyone sold a dinner service like this before and could give me an idea of an asking price or does anyone know how to go about selling it?

I'm having a few problems with my AS level choices, I am looking at doing a degree in Zoology and don't know which to choose. I know i want to take Biology, Chemistry and Psychology but I can't decide between German and RS.

Do you have any advice on which would be more useful and how hard is it to take 5 AS levels?

My friends (twins) are turning 16 this week and i have no idea what to get them. They are very sporty girls, love animals especially dogs. I dont want to get them the same thing because they get really annoyed. I dont have much time and limited money ( £15 each) Thanks in advance.

Why is it so socially unacceptable to walk down the street with a pint glass full of water. I had to rush to the shops and i was thirsty so i walked down the street drinking water from a pint glass and got loads of weird looks... why???

one thing i cannot get my head around is why people smoke so.. smokers can you please tell me 1. why you started smoking? and 2. how many times you have tried to quit?

I have a lot of dreams in which i fall off things, from small things like my bed to really big things like cliffs. I understand that hitting the bottom symbolises death but i always seem to hit the bottom and i obviously am not dead.

I was wondering if anyone else does this or if it can symbolise anything else ?

i decorated a small canvas tent last year with permanent marker and i was wondering if there was any way to remove the marks without damaging the tent, it still needs to be waterproof afterwards. Thank you in advance =D

i have just seen the new advert for bbc3 it had clips from the mighty boosh on it and this immediatly sparked the thought that maybe there was going to be a new series or some repeats of the boosh on bbc3. This made me ecstatic but i couldnt find anything about it on the internet,

I was wondering if anyone knew if anything boosh related would be happening in 2009???
