I took two pairs of shorts into the fitting room, mad sure there were absolutely no security devices attached to the garments, placed them in my messenger bag, sealed the bag shut, and while in the foyer of the store was asked to follow loss prevention officers back to the office where they asked me to give them back their merchandise. before I even admitted guilt they assured me that I would finish no prosecution as long as I cooperated and returned the merchandise. knowing that there was no way anyone could have witnessed me place the garments in my bag as there are expectation of privacy laws protecting fitting rooms from surveillance, I decided to do the right thing and return the merchandise. as it turns out the loss prevention officer lief to me, called the police and had me arrested and booked over $17 worth of merchandise that I gave back in sellable condition. I even watched him put the garments back on the rack. if the store itself suffered no damages for loss due to my actions and no one ever actually saw me conceal any store property was there a crime actually committed? is this something that I can argue in front of the MDJ? help even the detectives at the police department could not believe that I was being booked over $17 worth of merchandise that the store recovered anyway. serious responses only please this lapse of judgement could affect my current career if a retail theft conviction ends up on my record. it is a first offense and a simple summary citation.

any possibility it is meningitis? Its weird & it does not feel like a pulled muscle, Advil does not help & my neck is stiff, but I can bend it if I try. Wouldn't I have other symptoms by now if it was meningitis?

I have lived my whole life being able to lay down in a pollen field and not have any issues. now If someone with too much perfume passes me, I sneeze for 10 minutes. My eye water, I am coughing alot. I am not an automotive professional, however, I am not afraid of working on my car either. I need to replace at least 2 lug bolts, maybe more, holding the front wheel on my 2008 Chev HHR. I can do my own brakes, Change oil Etc. I just dont want to get the old ones out & then figure out that I should have had a mechanic do it & be left with no way to get the wheel back on. I am a 35 year old single straight white guy who grew up in a single parent home with one younger brother. I can remember having to take care of myself on some mission critical components of life from the time I was 10, I came home with bloodied noses, split lips,gnashedd knuckles, and battle stories. It still starts and before I get a viable OS, it shuts down and restarts. Can I slave the HD to a Dell Dimension and retrieve my files? Both run Windows XP

Matt Stone & Trey Parker have edited out parts of the script and changed images of an episode. This happened after threats were made by a Muslim group, warning that the writers would suffer some kind of mishap should the episode air. Shouldn't we care about the first amendment?
