Woman who was claiming industrial injury benefit and ESA allowance. Her husband was her carer. Recently the woman in question died through NHS negligence and the case is still in process at the courts. What benefit is the remaining partner entitled to at tis present moment as he has no idea of what to do or where to go for support? Thanks

please help I have just met this woman outside my house. never met her, she asked me to spare 5minutes. I have and I have had to bring her in my home. she is obviously extremely unstable, she thinks she is not worthy, the lord is going to punish her for not trusting in him. she is obviously having a break down and from what she is saying I believe she will kill herself. she said she has only got a few hours left to live. she has a nurse that contacts her 'sometimes' I cannot and will not leave her like this please any advice is needed.

long term depression past panic attacks but deal with what i need to maybe not in the best way but try every self help there is possible, most part is okish but with effort. please any suggestion with pain you have no control over because its a loved one

you find alot of people complaining third world countries always in need of feeding, medics, housing etc. yet they continue to have children...you have to remember these people are from a male dominent culture with little, if not, no say in how they live. they are an easy target to be used and abused by most higher governments. children are married off, raped or however men choose to treat them, apart from how their government decide the control they have over them. As long as these people stay vulnerable and defensless they can be mistreated by those in power for however long they want. everything is around us is corrupt. that includes our own so called queen. because who in their right mind could use up expence like walking on red carpet in public, possess more jewels than they will ever get to wear, live life in the highest possible way and not give a second thought to how many mouths that carpet could feed. why does our queen get charity given to celebrate the jubilee when she is the one who has the power to feed the world...?

a young girl aged 12 years at the time was raped in 2004. the man in question pleaded guilty and served time in prison. the courts awarded compensation to be put into a trust until the girl was of age to receive the money. however it appears the court have no trace of the case existing. how can this be followed up and traced? surely there has to be a case number to prove this incident took place. can somebody please offer any suggestions how to go about this please. thank you.

i have told this to a key worker who just passes me off by saying yeah i don't blame you. but i am seriously desperate, i really don't wanna end up off my head every time my sons come to me. i suppose to show them strength through to the end. any advice would be considered gratefully.
