How many hours can I work without affecting my partners ESA?
My partner is on the lowest rate DLA and income related ESA, as we live together I am getting child tax credit as well. My problem is that I have an interview, which came up unexpectedly and I will be asked how many hours I want to work, and I don't know how many hours I can work without it affecting his ESA or will I have to claim working tax credits for us both instead, will I be any better off? I am so worried and confused and the interview is on Friday, I have tried the jobcentre plus but the line is closed now and they do not seem to want to answer my questions anyway, I need to be clear on this before the interview, also does anyone know how much you can earn before it affects the benefit aswell, please help!

7 AnswersCancer1 decade agohow can I put up a large tunnel tent in the rain?
Realy don't wan't to miss the event, and for financial reasons it has to be camping for thee nights in worcester, the weather is predicted to be thundery showers, I'll be so upset if I can't make it any ideas? I have a gazeebo and thought about trying to assemble the tent under that but the tent is bigger when up, to make it worse we've only put the tent up once before in the garden, so we're going to be fumbling about with it for ages probably. any help gratefully received, thanks
6 AnswersOther - Outdoor Recreation1 decade agoEscaped stallion got into field and covered my sisters mare!?
Any help on where we stand legally to get the owner to pay the vets bill to stop an unwanted foal, also does anyone know whether it is illegal to just keep a stallion in a feild?, as I'm sure they can be classed as dangerous, eg if a child is riding a pony mare and she is in oestrous, surely most stallion's would have no regard for a small strand of barbed wire and the outcome could be horrendous for horses and rider. Any info would be greatly received thanks
11 AnswersLaw Enforcement & Police1 decade agoWhy does he always get hiccups!?
My partner has started to suffer with hiccups a lot, in fact he gets them whenever he eats lately, I'm constantly nagging him to go to the docs but he won't get around to it unless I drag him there myself, what could be the cause of this? I'm worried.

I am thinking of buying a 4x4 to eventualy pull a horse trailer, but I'll need it for every day, shopping ect, as well. I dont have a lot of money, and want something reliable and as cheap to run as possible. Also is a 2ltr big enough or should I go for larger, I want a diesel engine as I've been told they are cheaper to run, any advice?
6 AnswersBuying & Selling1 decade agowhat is it called?
Hi, is there anyone who can help me, I have suffered lower back and hip pain for as long as I can remember, frequent visits to my doctor ended up with me feeling like a lier as he always said he could find nothing wrong. An appointment with a new doctor and I was given a hospital appointment for xrays. When I went back for results I had nobody to look after my two year old son and was suffering with a head cold,I did'nt realy hear what he was telling me. He said I was born with an abnormality where my joint had no proper JOINT, it has worn away its own one, I just want to now what its called so I can look up more information about it, I dont feel able to approach my doctor or the hospital as I should have been listening in the first place, he also said something about it being fused, it's realy important to me to put a name to something I've been sufferring from all my life, but which most people think I'm just exaggerating. Can anybody help?

12 AnswersPhotography1 decade agoSomeone to school our 16hh Trakehner PB stallion?
I am trying to convince my partner that having someone to shool or compete on him will improve his stud record as we only hack. He is totaly wasted at present, he was bred for dressage but has a damaged eye and is practicaly blind on his off side, we would only want him to stay local, because we love riding him ourselves. He is 11yrs now and it would be a shame not to see his full potential any ideas would be greatfully received.
7 AnswersHorses1 decade agoSomeone to school our Trakehner/Polish Arab stallion?
We have a stunning 16hh stallion who is well behaved but totaly wasted at the moment, I am trying to convince my partner that having someone to school or compete on him will improve his record for stud, neither of us are competative, we hack. I would like him to do dressage as he was bred for it, but he has a damaged eye and is practicly blind on his off side, I would like him to be quite local as we adore riding him ourselves, any suggestions?

7 AnswersHorses1 decade agoDid you think I intended to do it myself?
thanx for the "advice"! but I really only asked a question I have been wondering about since being asked myself, I have not suggested I would contemplate doing this myself. I am an experienced breeder and I am producing healthy, quality foals.
