I just wanted to know, as I never really understood this. To be quite honest I don't really like the taste of it but I don't mind the cocktails or the mixed drinks with the tiniest bit of alcohol in it. But what does really make people drink? Thanks for answering in advance.

Just thought I'd ask, as it is giving me an error message this morning.

Here is the thing, I have been giving a lift to a person that i work with. It was supposed to be temporary until she got herself sorted with a car. She is not the nicest or friendly person. She comes across like she is trying really hard to be nice and she expects a lift. This is not the main reason why I have a problem with her. She seems like she'll never will get her car problem sorted and it has been over two months. This has caused some tension problems. I don't want to be giving her a lift forever, I think she owes me an explanation. I can't even so no to her because lives on my street! Also yesterday morning I was running late and so when I actually got to my car she said "I thought you would never come!"- I was so annoyed! I wish I could tell her their and then to bloody take the bus! She has not given me any petrol money so far, but I never asked for it either as I know she is short in cash. But I just can't be dealing with her every morning! Am I being horrible or selfish?

Basically, I really don't know what to do about this woman at work. I am supposed to take over her job as she is leaving soon. She is really nice and friendly and helps me out with personal matters if needed but when it comes to learning things related to her job she lets me down.

E.g- I've been asking her for a few weeks about going through some files with her and she kept telling me how busy she had been. Yesterday I went to ask her again and I found out she is going through the files with somebody else. The least she could have done is called me to join in! It's not too much to ask is it? I am quite annoyed with her. I do like her as a friend but I don't know why she is doing this! It's not the first time she is letting me down! I mean she is the one who wants to leave, the company wants her to stay. I am going to be in s**t in the end if I don't get no trainning. What shall I do?

Hi, I just went for a cervical test, it was my second one. I kinda bleeded a bit and i feel it sore. It didn't happen to me on the first time. I don't remember it being so painful. Is this normal? It was the same nurse. She might have been a bit harsh as she was in a hurry, but didn't know it can affect this much. I just need some advice on if this is normal or should I not worry? Thanks in advance.

For the past 2 nights I have been having bad dreams. Both of the times the nightmeres were related to animals. The first nightmere was rather confusing- I was being chased by a mermaid then I found myself saving some rabbits from crocodiles. The second one was related to spiders- I was running away from a yellow spider with a long tale. Quite bizarre! Both of the nights I woke up restless. What can this mean? Can anyone please advice me? No horrible answers please.

Got a problem, I share my office with another person. This person likes fresh air even if it's winter cold outside! I am the total oposite, I feel cold very easily! But lately it has been kinda windy and I have been feeling really cold even with two jumpers on. I have had arguments with him to keep the windows shut, be he says he needs fresh air so keeps them open no matter if I'm freezing to death! What can I do? I know we are all adults and we should comprimise but is it worth me getting ill for the sake of fresh air? This whole thing has put my mood off from coming to work! I can't concentrate as I don't feel confortable anymore! What shall I do?

I don't think they want to pay for recycling. When I suggested recycling, they just started laughing at me. It is heartbreaking to see so much paper going to waste
