I want to stop my emails being grouped by conversation thread.. The problem is that the exact procedure differs depending on the device that one is using. I have a Samsung S51 / A51 whose menu options don't seem to correspond with much of what is written on this topic. Can someone "talk me through" the individual steps? Tks

I have just noticed that Yahoo Mail has been storing emails in  my Drafts folder going back several years, most of which I am not aware of having saved in the first place. The file size is huge. Does this happen by default and can I stop it happening (except when I do deliberately want to "draft" some text)?

I have been using Classic** Mail on Chrome and my W7 desktop. Suddenly all my "contacts" have disappeared, I cannot edit and save a previously existing one, and I cannot create a new contact - the "no entry" sign appears over the save button. "Retrieving contacts" seems to be impossible. Is this just me or has it hit others simultaneously? [** I have not upgraded to the latest version of Mail which otherwise might have provided an explanation]  Appreciate if someone can diagnose what the bug is - and the solution!! Tks

I read that I can use Yahoo Messenger to send a web SMS text to someone using just their mobile number by typing this into the send box. But the Messenger system does not allow this apparently (mobile number is not accepted as a contact). Have I been mislead or is there a secret?
