Working a a salon for a few months now. Someone supposedly made an anoymous phone call to the salon and said that I should be background checked.. And they did the background check and fired me right away. Can they do this? The charges were BEFORE i started working for this salon? Can i lose my job this way? They can fire me without warning or without some sort of wsrning to look for a new job?

I broke out in hives a few days ago, it's taking awhile for them to go down. I'm not sure what caused this allergy. I know it cannot be cigarettes, I've been smoking the same cigarettes for months. I have not had a cigarette in 2 days and was wondering if it could make my hives worse, or affect the medication i'm taking..

So last night I stayed at my boyfriends house, like I usually do on the weekends. And I do not remember how this subject came into conversation.. But it was about vibrators. His friends that are in the marines are coming home on leave (vacation) to visit, and they want to come over to his house on New years. My boyfriend and I already planned on spending New years Eve together. But him, his friends, and I are going to have beer. I wont have so much because i do not like beer... But my parents insist that i have to come home that night. They are giving me a curfew of one a.m.! This is upsetting because they know and like my boyfriend.. there aware of his age. And all i want is to spend the night at his house on new years eve. And they think it's VERY inapropriate. We dont need a "sleepover" to have sex. I dont wanna stay the night for the sex. I wanna stay the night because I want to fall asleep with him. And wake up with him. It's new years for goodness sake! I want just a little freedom. People say its not a big deal and i should just go home. But I wanna stay with him for night. I'm scared to just do it and tell my parents that i'm staying there for the night because i feel like they will drive to his house and start problems and try to get me into the car. I won't even drink if it means i could stay the night... But my parents say no. What do I do/ Do i try to stay anyways? Do i go home? UGH

Hi. I turned 18 in October. I'm a senior in high school. I still live with my parents. I've been with my boyfriend for 11 months. And I really want to have a sleepover with him. I go to his house almost everyday. But my step mom and dad tell me I HAVE to be home at 1 a.m. This annoys me because sometimes we get too tired and neither of us can stay awake long enough, so i have to go home early. I want to SO bad to fall asleep with him and wake up with him. We decided to try just not taking me home once. About 4:30 a.m. my step mom called me screaming and told me I had to get home right now! They said it was inappropriate for me to stay the night. BLAH BLAH ETC. So New years eve is coming up soon, and that night i want to stay at his house. Also.. my boyfriends mom is always there.. so it's not like were up to anything. We don't need a sleepover to have sex anyways... So my question is, Can my parents do anything or make me come home? I'm 18.. but they insist that i have to come home when they say because i live with them and i still go to school. SIGH.

My prescription on my birthcontrol pills recently ran out. (2 days ago) So i made an appointment with my gyno so i could get the prescription again. but i cant get into her office for 2 weeks!

I took the first one today. But my gyno called an hour ago and gave me one refill so i wouldnt miss any pills untill my appt. should i take the seconed plan b pill? Should i start taking my birth control pills right away? HELP!

My made question is, can I move out? I'll still be in high school (a senior) and my step mom is in my face telling me I can't move out when I'm 18 because I'm still in high school. I argue with her and tell her she's nit correct about it. I'll be 18 I can move out. And she said "that doesn't matter your in high school." it's very frustrating because we do not get along whatsoever. And I respect her but it becomes difficult when she constantly drinks and becomes an angry, in-your-face ***** when she's drunk. She drinks too much, and I want out of here asap. I'm on birthcontrol pills. I've been on them for about 4 months. Recently I started my new pack late. About three days late. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex the week I started my pills late. I had only been taking the pills for about 5 days when we had sex. I'm concerned that my birth control wasn't protecting me yet since I started the pack three days late. It's been 1 week and a half since we were intimate. And I randomly started my "period". It's not really a period. It's like spotting. I've never spotted while on active pills before. I asked a friend about this and she said I could be pregnent. Or I was pregnent and miscarried. Is this possible? Should I be concerned? Please help.

I've been on the pill for 4 months now. I took my seven day break and was supposed to start my new pack on Monday (2 days ago) but I didn't get my pills till today. I am 17 years old and I have been on the pill for awhile now. I lived with my mom and she was always the one to pay for my pills. When I need to refill my prescription. I call the pharmacy and type in my "code" which I know and have memorized. I'm currently now living with my dad and step mom. And not with my mom. Can I still refill my pills and either I or my step mom pay for it? I believe it's under my moms insurance card. Does this matter? When I go to the pharmacy all I used to do was sign my name and pay with a credit card. Is it the same now? Can I do the same thing or do they need my moms signiture or something?
