How do you feel about the laws where transpeople can go to the bathroom or locker room based on the gender they identify with and you just have to suck it up?I know guys are probably less discreet, but being a man and having been in a men's locker room...well dude's are naked in there. They be "straight ballin" in there. I assume women are naked at times though probably more discreet and undress in women's locker rooms. Don't forget saunas and hot tubs, etc. So are you fine with "Caitlyn Jenner's" who are born men, and sex operation, though are still attracted to women, and still have their sex organs, so most likely visual like men are.

To be in a room like locker room where you'd be naked? Don't get where you're 9 year old daughter could be undressing too. I feel for transgenders as they should be able to go to the bathroom and I don't give a **** if they are in the men's locker room or such. But it would be not right for me to think of it in the same way as a man for how women could feel. After all, as a man we take for granted of not having to worry about being cat called, rape, our surroundings at night, sexual harassment, sexual assault from women. It's just lopsided from what women have to think about because of the physical difference between men and women and the fact of the lopsided aspect of sex crimes with guys perpetrating compared to women on men. Seems like such laws kind of step on women's toes in the process. How do you feel about it?

I have a bunch of bills, and am trying to save money. I don't want to have fios cable or the packages. But I've found some prices for fios internet, but my plan would be to have internet and get a streaming service like netflix or hulu. I think netflix is about $8 a month or used to be. I read that hulu uses less data and eats up less, plus I watch tv shows more than movies. When looking I saw stuff such as 25mbps, 75mbs.

For people here who have streaming internet or some knowledge about it. What's the minimum speed as in 25mbps and overall gbs needed to be able to watch netflix or hulu and the speed and quality be fine and to last for the month? Or the range to comfortably watch some and good streaming without going to the max number of data? I'm not looking for the max data needed, but a good data and speed where it would work fine. I don't want the minimum that just gets by, but causes glitches or stalling either. thanks

I don't really care for her music, but I've heard it on one of my stations I listen to on the radio when driving. I like various types of music, old new and in between though I like more older rap and much more selective nowadays as I don't like as many rap songs. I don't care for her music though I've heard "fancy" on the radio. And if I didn't look up who she was, I would have though she was a black woman when hearing her voice and tone. She's white and australian and as expected, hearing her voice when talking, she has an australian accent and such. So it's not like shes a woman that happens to have a voice close to her rap voice.

The thing is, the few white rappers that are male, don't sound black or try to use their tone to sound that way. Eminem, like his music or not, is a good rapper but he doesn't chance his voice and you can tell he's a white dude. Mackelmore doesn't sound black either, so it's not like all white rappers are told or have to sound black to be rappers. She's the first one I can think of that really tries and sounds like a black woman. Vanilla Ice though he might've tried, still you could tell from listening that is a white guy rapping even though Vanilla Ice sucked.

I've never done this and I have stuck with the jobs I have worked for before for years. I eventually moved on from my previous jobs, but I work at a retail place and a fitness center. Not much moneyt which is why I looked for employment elsewhere, but I'm alright working where I am now. So I applied to lowe's and it was seasonal work. I read the job description and saw the duties which was fine and they showed me the paper of such duties. The guess the specified me to a particular season work from the overview season position that was online for lowe's. I'm assigned as a loader in the pro services dept. This is only temporary after all, so once this is up, even though they can keep you and move you to full time work, plenty of workers can be layed off or hours drastically dropped.

From the description it said available for day, afternoon and evening hours, and weekends, which sounds pretty typical for retail. Weekends are important for my other current retail job, however, they alternate or switch the shifts up. It's all early morning which is one thing, but instead of the typical mon-friday, they have the schedule crammed on the late end of the week. So five days but all weekend days. Basically like Thursday-Tuesday or Wednesday to Monday, 7-3 or 7-4 so whole summer shot, because they apparently don't alternate weekends or give up. This is temp too. I still have my other jobs so I don't need this, but is there a way to quit w/o looking like a jerk, working just 2 weeks?

The guy I'm talking about is John Elway. am I the only one that see Andrew Luck if comparisons can be made to be similar to John Elway? I'm not saying he is John as John is a HOF and Luck has much more seasons to play even be in that category. But there's a lot of similarities. What people don't realize about elway is he was pretty good with TD to INT ratio, but not always the prettiest stats with that, but Elway found ways to win game.

Already so early Luck has carried his team and won so many comeback games already and from big deficits. Elway was known as mr comeback, and one of the most clutch qbs as far as rallying his broncos from big deficits in games. There is so much in relation. Oh yeah and like I said with the stats, Elway could or would not look so great sometimes early in the games and might throw some interceptions like luck did, but when crucial situations came and they needed a comeback, Neither had strong ground games. Elway is a big qb, a big guy, but was pretty athletic. Some people might not remember, but Elway was quite the scrambler especially early in his career and could run or create time and space with his legs. Luck would buy time and improvise with his legs like Elway would. Elway has a stronger arm though, while I think Luck is slightly faster than Elway was, but a lot of similarities. The comebacks especially though in legendary fashion is what sticks out along wit the rest.

Could I challenge the State or would a letter to NY State or some type of action be of any use or not? I have scratched lotto tickets and used to the rules of various types of tickets. Sometimes you see something that looks close to a winner and it makes your heart skip a beat for a second. This is different though. I've never seen such a poorly written, misleading lotto ticket as Win $1,500 a week for Life game. There are three games on the ticket. The first game you have to have 3 like amounts to win or three "life" symbols to win 1,500 for a week for life. The second game, you scratch the winning number section and then have the other numbers and the prizes below. You have to match the numbers to the winning number box and win the prize below. Ok fair enough, didn't win for those.

But the third game, the instructions state reveal a dollar bill symbol, you win the prize below it. The next sentence says get a 5x symbol and win 5 times the prize shown. The next sentence says reveal prize to be "Life" and win $1,500 a week for life. Reveal prize as in what's below the symbols, not reveal "life"symbol which is the top part. I had the life prize down below, yet it did not win. This game's instructions are based on assumptions. I'm thinking the assumption is if it's a dollar bundle symbon above like in first sentence with "life" prize below that wins. However, that would make sense if that was the only symbol that could win money, but remember the 5x symbol is a winner too. So which symbol, 5x or dollar bundle symbol? It states neither but simply revealing the "life" prize and you win. Pretty irritating if you ask me and if this was simply based on what is written, it should be a winner.

I know men can be too, but from what I've seen; it seems like women more so have much more variety as far as what they find good looking from a man.It seems more subjective between women than it is for men. For example, a certain number of women can find a guy hot, and another number of women find the same guy just average or not cute. I'm not talking about personality being involved in this equation but simply looks. Like it can be more polar as far as a some women finding a guy who looks like Robin Thicke so hot and good looking and another set of women, not too impressed and find a guy who looks kind of girly and skinny like that Harry dude from one direction hot. Is there a scientific explanation,..maybe I should have asked this in the biology section ha. As a guy I know guys find different women attractive and looks, but it seems more often many guys or more so, find a "hot" woman or with such features or others with similar features good looking. A woman that I find hot, many guys will as well and vice versa as far as my buddies. There's a girl I work with who is real pretty and like everybody feels that way about her. Then there's a girl who talking about this guy she's talking to and who is so cute. She showed a pic to another girl worker and she agreed that he was cute. But then the guy showed up at work one day with her, and he was no Robin Thicke and I know plenty of girls wouldn't have found him attractive.

I was watching nfl network's A football life of the Houston Oilers. I already knew of the talent they had, but I didn't realize how much dysfunction there was on the team. Buddy ryan was a good defensive mind, but such a jackass, and Gibride helped utilize the talent as far as yards and pts, but running the clock and time of possession is smart too and would've helped against the Bills in that comeback loss. Coaching, chemistry and structure is huge for champtionship teams and thats what Jimmy Johsons team knew how to work together even with the big personalities, Bill Belichik, Bill walsh, etc.

It seems like under utilized talent and promise for oilers, because of the dysfunction and lack leadership from no structure and animosity from coaching staff and bad ownership. While Cowboys probably still would've beaten the Oilers, I think they might've been more competitive against Cowboys than bills. Just wondering what others thoughts are on the Oilers.

Does alcohol bring out people's true thoughts or feelings deep inside? I just wondered the psychology behind alcohol and it's affect on people's behavior and why people react differently when drunk. Some angy-violent, others happy and fun loving. It doesn't make sense though because a friend of mine, who when sober is easy going, calm and concered for people. When drunk though he gets agitated pretty easily and sometimes looks like he's going to even fight his friends. A drastic different.

That's why it doesn't make sense, because for myself. I'm a caring person, but I do have an A type personality and not the most patient person and can get irritated easily and frustrated very easily. So when drunk, I should be one of those guys who wants to fight and am angry, but actually I'm happy, and just want to have fun or if I'm upset before drinking, I'm more likely to be sad or depressed not angry. My best friend, a hard ***, and very strong minded and strong temper too at times, is always happy and just wants to have fun when drunk, no matter what drink he has. He's much more likely to fight a guy when sober than when drunk or actually more likely to not want to fight even if provoked when drunk. The same is true for me. So what can be the explantation for alcohol to affect or cause a persoon to be calm and pretty easy going when sober to be aggressive and violent, wherease, people like my friend and I who have A type personalities to be happier or less likely to be aggressive or violent when drunk?

I was discussing this to someone and they thought it was the sciatica, from perhaps a pinched nerve in my back. But I was reading about it from the internet, and people that have the sciatica nerve effected that runs from the lower back to leg have different sensations. What I read is that it effects one side, the lower back can have pain and run down through buttocks down to back of thigh. There can be tingling, but a lot of what I saw is that pain is involed with this. For me though, I twisted my back lying down when I shouldn't have and it felt sore.

But the soreness went away, but then I woke up in the morning as I felt this tingling in my front thigh just above the knee cap. I feel this tingling in lowe back too, but no pain for the leg or back. when I walk I can feel a little tingle sometimes. The only time can feel some pain is when standing and bending my back forward a little and then bringing my head alway the way down so my chin touches my neck and then a sharp pain in lower left back I can feel. And sometimes if I try that when sitting down and doing that. But it's only in a specific position. I just brought my chin down now and didn't feel anything, but a minute ago, I did it and felt it, when slightly forward a bit when sitting. What can cause tingling in lower left back and front of left thigh, but elswhere. Well I did feel a little something last night on the left side of my groin.

I'm not saying guys and girls can't be friends as there's always been that debate. It's not so much that, as me wondering if guys and girls are friend zoned less or there's more likely to be sexual tension when both are "hot"; A lot of times with guy's friend zoned or platonic, the girls are perhaps pretty but the guy's pretty average or even shows it seems to be that way. It just seems like "ryan gosselings and ryan reynolds" get friendzoned less or would seem like they are than the regular looking or chubbier guy friends.I'm sure girls are just friends and nothing more with some guy friends they have who are good looking or very good looking, but it seems like it would be less so than when the guy is average looking. Like it seems like sexual tension could be more bound to happen with a guy and girl who are both outgoing and flirty, but both good looking and fit, etc.

Some would ask why they never dated. But some guys and girls don't ever date because one or both are in relatiionships or knew each other for a long time or maybe didn't think the other would work long term, but does realize the other person has a lot of attractive qualities and charm, etc. I know there can be sexual tension for guys being friends with a girl that's pretty, but it seems that would be even more amped up if she's hot. Myself, the girls I know are more acquaintances, so it's never been a problem with me and I've just dated girls from various outlets, so this question is just out curiosity,

I saw my doctor and talked to him to prescribe me and antibiotic, because I was having scaling done for my gums. That work can cause bacteria to get in your blood stream and since I don't have a spleen, it was important for me to protect myself. I didn't want amoxicillin because I've taken throught out my life, so I don't think it would be too effficient with protection for a possible strong infection since my body is used to it. I wish I didn't take clindamycin as thing were fine the first 4 days, but by the 5th day, I've noticed a bunch of tiny pimples and some hive like spots even though I thought hives were supposed to hurt, it's just very itchy for me.

So obviously I have an allergic reacttion, luckily not a serious one. I know you should never stop taking an antibiotic and finish the prescription that's why I've stuck it out, espcially since I will be done with ti tomorrow. But I thought benadryl is used not to help with outdoor allergies, but also allergic skin reactions, as I know people who've had allergic reactions and benadryl has helped. So I'm think of taking it tonight to help relieve my body acne/rash from the clindamycin. But just want to make sure it won't conflict with this antibiotic. So anyone of knowledge, answers will be appreciated.

I'm not a colts fan, but I find that odd. I've looked at the playoff picture and an x next to the team means they've clinched a sport in playoffs. The colts from what I've seen, even if they lose their next two games and go 9-7 would still get the last WC spot. If steelers and ravens and bengals all go 9-7, the steeler would get the division and ravens get 5th spot but bengals would lose tie breaker to colts. If you use the playoff machine which calculates all the tie breakers, no matter how its sliced with wins and losses for bengals, steelers and ravens, Colts get either 5th or 6th spot at 9-7.

The steelers loss on sunday seemed to have allowed colts to get playoff spot. All it is now is seeding between 5 or 6th spot it seems for Colts, even though I'm sure they'd prefer to not lose their last two games.

I remember a few years ago for sunday night they had the flex schedule, which after week 11 they would select the best games for that week and move it up to sunday night and second best game to 4 pm prime time game. I thought this was still going on and thought it was a good idea, and i though the decision cam 12 or 10 days in advance? All I know is I see week 13 sunday night game and its the cowboys and eagles? really? a 5-6 team vs 3-7 team. if the flex schedule is still going shouldnt the sunday night game either be broncos vs buccaneers or seahawks vs bears, you know good teams and playoff contenders?

I thought the song name my be "writing on the wall" or something like that, but apparently like 20 other artists have the same damn song title, and none were that or even sounded close to it. The song has like a disco beat, it might be a 70s or 80s song, not sure, but a funky bass and beat and I'm not sure but i thought one part of the lyrics was something "to the future or something future...writings on the wall"

I have a toshiba 2010 laptop and its operating system is windows 7 home premium. I talked to my brother in law about how I couldn't install paperport 9 as it needed the system to be xp. But he said it shouldn't be a problem and you can change or go back to xp mode from windows 7, perhaps like its a default mode to revert back to. It makes me think of the way you can drop the performace or resolution on your computer, which i have done before when playing an older game and drop the top resolution to 32 bit from the control panel. So if you can, how do you do it? I would think you would have to go to the control panel part, but I haven't figured how to do this yet. thanks
