I sent them pictures of the spotted coat ! They only offered to pay for the dry cleaning bill !!,the coat was splashed with many spots from top to bottom ! I had it cleaned ,but there are still some spots that faded but didn't disappear completely ! dry cleaners told me if they can try again but it might damage the coat fabric ! So is it fair just to offer me to pay for dry cleaning ?

What should I do ?. I am very upset about it :(

We arrived at the desk to check in   before closing time.  I said Hi to the girl sitting behind the counter, told her  my name and my destination city, the  girl without saying hello, just looked at me  carelessly ,  and fixed her eyes on , what I presume , her computer screen, without saying one single word, she was like that for a while, my  husband and I just stood there patiently waiting ! But she just carried on ignoring us completely!  So my husband  gently pushed our documents towards her,to attract her attention, then bent down to cary  my.bag. and put on the belt, at that point she stopped him and said no don't put it ! When we ask why she said : it is closed ! 

  Both of us were shocked ! What ? What do you mean? She only repeated the only and first word she said to us : closed ! You were late ! My huband asked : how late ? She said one or two minutes! What ! But we were here standing at your desk before two minutes! She only replied with same words : can do nothing after it closing time !  ( but we have been here waiting at your desk before  closing time ) she just ignored us , didn't even apologise! 

 We had to buy another flight, and we had to stay a night in hotel , etc...

What does the law say in this case ? For sure we were presented at the desk Before the closing time at least 3 if not 4 minutes. 

Please advise me what should we do, we both are very upset and feel helpless :(

What is better -health and safety wise - to have one long operation ( 4-5 hours) or to have two separate shorter operations? ignoring the cost factor.

Four months ago I purchased over the Internet a Clio !machine massages the face muscels had a year guarantee?

When I received it I found that some pads expiry date ends in few month and they would not last for the guaranteed period of time , so I contacted them ,they apologised saying they didnt have pads with longer date at that time , so I asked them to refund  my money, as it was advertised ,they refund the money 

during the first week for any unused purchase, but they assured me that they get pads supply all the time , and that i can do exchange for any   Unused pads, plus  one used packet , I asked them to send me a written letter to confirm, they said the email is their confirmation. I used the machine 4 times only and stopped using it when my cheek became swollen ,and part of my gum due to an infection in my tooth, - I am not sure if the Clio had caused it or not, anyway I had to stop using it to prevent the infection from spreading. Now ,as I feel fine, I wanted to start using the Clio, so I contacted them to check if they have pads in stock, the manger replied to me by saying i was too late and his offer for exchange is no longer valid ! ( as his pads!) instead he sent me  a phone number to call to buy new ones ! I explained to him my situation, , he is still refusing to exchange ! Is this right? There is no date mentioned in his confirmation email. ! He did not mention at all anything about deadlines.  I am sure they know it would cost me much more to ask a lawyer advise than buying new pads! What I should do? Please advise me , 

Do you think it Is possible that my tooth infection was caused by this machine? It works on emitting electrical law voltage current to cause muscles contract.  .

Of course I told the staff then and there! They have many cameras But apparently they don't have the time to check them! Next day I went back & I told them where I suspect it happened , as I remembered I saw an old woman holding my trolley when I turned myy back to put some food , and she pushed it back to me and rushed out, as if it was in her way! Which actually wasn't ! There was also some men filling the shelves, and one of them looked to me and at her , we both looked at her while she was rushing out ! He looked at me as if he suspected something! I am sure he would remember her . I told my story to the responsible lady but also didn't really seem concerned with my loss! What can I do? Shall I tell the Police? Is M&S insured for theft inside their shop? The M&S lady advised me to report my phone as missing Not stolen? I don't know why? But any way I am on pay as you go , so I have to buy another one, & the Car keys are also very expensive to replace! Please Advise me .. Thanks

First we thought it was the neighbour's, chimneys! But to our horror we found out it was from our solar system ! the men who installed it said : it was the Liquid inside the tubes! and promised that it was going to disappear! Well it is nearly 2 years and it is still there, It isn't all the time, it disappears then comes back at least 3/4 times a week, when it stays and it is suffocating just like being trapped between 10 buses' exhausts!

Is that normal? Has anyone experienced anything like that? Do we have to remove it and forget about all the trouble & money we put into it? ! All We wanted was going Green !:(

I wanted to open an email but was asked to down load this: Registry booster programme Free of charge to be able to see the email, so I - regretfully - did! soon after I got Warning message that this programme caused 132 errors in my computer and now it might crash unless I download some other programmes costing.??..$ $ !! I tried to delete " Register booster" But I can't! What can I do? and how can I report these thieves?

Yes instead of having more channels I lost them all !!! I search the Menu for Installation to reset the TV to Factory setting or to re tune it ..But it doesn't exist on the Menu! Has any one experienced anything like that? What can I do?
