We go away for 4 days and we can leave roughly two days food. We had planned for someone to let themselves in on day 3 to put more food out, but they've had to cancel due to plans. Nobody else is able to help, can anyone suggest any ways we may be able to keep them fed while we're go e, other than leaving out lots of food? We don't want to come home to stale/mouldy food etc. Any help appreciated, thanks!

I work in a bar on a weekend and last weekend my boss got drunk behind the bar.

He kept touching me and poking me in the ribs after I'd just had a tattoo finished, so it was very painful.

I want to know where I can report him for being drunk on the job but I don't know who to call. CAB and Trading Standards can't help, who else can I call?

I started my new job about 6 weeks ago, I've received 3 payslips now as I'm paid fortnightly.

My first payslip had BR which I'm aware is the basic rate tax code. I called HMRC and had this reviewed and the woman on the phone said I was supposed to fit into the 810 bracket and that she would amend this and then notify my employer.

My second payslip read 810L and I wasn't taxed but then I received my third the other day and it'd been changed to 810N and I had been taxed again.

I can't seem to find the meaning of the N suffix anywhere on the Revenue and Customs website. Can anyone explain to me what N means and why I've been taxed again? Thanks!

I know that whey protein can be used as a protein supplement for meals with low protein content, but can it be used to add protein content to a meal such as a vegetable smoothie?

I've had my eye on the tactical XL for a while now, I have a few rifles, some with wooden stocks and some with Synthetic stocks, I find the look of synthetic stocks more aesthetically pleasing on some rifles. I know the TXL has a Maxi-grip scope rail, and in my sport I prefer scopes to have the 50mm objective lens for better light transmission, can anyone (in the UK) recommend a great scope for this gun?

If anybody owns one, what sort of ammunition does it fire best with? I've heard Bisley Magnums fire a treat under most conditions so I'm looking into them but if anyone else has recommendations, again please don't hesitate.

I got a message saying "Changes Saves Successfully!"

But the fields were then blank and when I went back to my profile they were nowhere to be seen. I tried this a few times but nothing.

I know Carbon Monoxide doesn't have a smell at all, but what are the signs that it's in the air?

We turned a fire on earlier today that hasn't been on in a while and within 10 minutes I could smell a sort of burning dusty scent and I had a headache and my eyes felt quite cold when I closed them. Does this have anything to do with Carbon Monoxide?

There may be quite a lot of you who have come across this many times before but I can't eat most vegetables. The taste isn't really a factor but the texture makes me heave, if I chew on cucumber or lettuce and it crunches in my mouth then it comes back up immediately upon trying to swallow.

The problem in this day and age is you can get 2 microwave pizzas for £1 and it costs you £3.50 for a watermelon or £1 for a tiny lettuce, eating healthy seems to be more expensive than not, I think the governement want us to get fat and unhealthy.

I don't want any answers like "Chop them up small and hide them in other food!" because I've tried it and it doesn't work for me, and I also though about the vegetable smoothie idea but I can't afford a smoothie maker/blender cos I've just moved house and don't have a job yet.

Someone said hypnosis which I thought was a dumb option seeing as I'm flat broke.

Is there someone else out there with the same deal as me who finds a different way around it?

I've been on Jobseeker's Allowance since February and I get 51 pounds a week and my friend signed on this week and he's immediately started on 66 pounds a week? Why is this when there are no differences in our circumstances? How does Jobcentre Plus decide who needs what to live on?

Every morning and night before and after bed I brush my teeth yet when I wake up the following morning I have chapped lips, sore throat, and extremely dry, rough tongue, my nose is blocked throughout and my mouth tastes horrible. I noticed a few weeks ago after I fell ill with the flu that whenever I flossed my teeth, the floss started to smell quite bad which made me think I had some sort of bacteria between my teeth, also leading me to think I had some sort of infection in my mouth or throat. Does anyone know what this is?

Hi guys, I bought a HD LCD TV (which I also use as a PC monitor) a few months ago and it's been fine since I bought it but earlier on today I noticed a black border around the display when looking at my PC desktop and when I load games such as World of Warcraft and Call of Duty, I have a bright green line running vertically on the right side of the screen. Does anyone know what has caused this and how to get rid of it without losing picture quality?

I've recently brought an Xbox 360 console and set up my Xbox Live Gold membership one my primary Windows Live ID. I've had some problems with this address and I can't log in, is it possible to sign up for another Gamertag with my second Windows Live ID? Would this be ok?

I'm new to Xbox Live and I don't want to get in trouble with Microsoft for making two Gamertags =/

We've tried looking online and in stationary shops but we've had no luck at all, that's why I'd like to hear from a teacher or someone who may have a relative who's a teacher as they may be able to provide with information, where the school registers are supplied etc?

I've played guitar for nearly 10 years now and I've managed to write a couple songs and put lyrics to them ...but as for the many others I've written, I just get stuck trying to put words to a melody or vice versa.

How do you write your songs? Do you start with the words and put a few chords behind them or start with a tune and then write lyrics to fit the rhythm? I have a few experiences I'd like to sing about but I don't want my songs to sound crappy. Any ideas?

Hey guys, I'm kinda new to the bodybuilding game so I'm a bit curious about a few things. What I wanna know right now is, I've been training fairly intensely for a while now, every time I have a good session in the gym, it leaves my muscles feeling quite tight and painful for a few days... not extremely painful, more like uncomfortable, you know the whole "Can't brush your teeth the next morning" sort of deal.

A couple days ago I did a few super sets for my upper arms, worked them really nicely and the next day I expected them to have ripped a bit, but last night I was tossing and turning in bed because I couldn't move my arms without a burning pain shooting down them.

Does anyone know how long this will take to subside? What might help relieve it? Painkillers? Heat pads or ice packs and the like?

It's mainly my triceps. I can't bend my arms to even touch my nose =(

Hey guys, my brother has recently gone to fight in Afgahnistan with the Army and he's going to be stuck over there throughout Christmas.

We're able to send him small gifts and I thought a medallion would make a great present.

I'd like to send him something symbolizing guardians or protectors to keep him safe until he comes home.

Does anyone know if there is a patron saint or blessed of guardians or protectors? He's Christian by the way.
