Hi,

I ordered a DVD boxset online and it came faulty. The sellers replaced the box set but sent me two of the same box set over the space of 7 days; both were shipped to my name so it wasn't a case of wrong shipping address.

Upon receiving the 2nd replacement I opened it up. I was baffled, confused, bewildered and dare I say it, curious - why did I receive another box set; is something up here?

My problem is this: what happens now? Am I liable to pay for it because I opened it even though it wasn't my intention; I opened it mainly because of confusion. I hope they don't charge me for the 2nd one.

I emailed them to say what happened, so I'm waiting for them to reply (it will prob take until tomorrow before I get a response). What do you think? Do you think they'll leave it be and won't charge me? I offered to send it back even though it's been opened; I'm hoping honesty works in my favour. If so, I'll probably just give the DVDs to charity for them to sell; they're of no benefit to me.

Long story short, I (a male) told a recently new friend (maybe 4 or 5 months, and another male) that I was suffering from depression and from that moment on he totally ignored me in every sense of the manner. He didn't reply to texts, messages, didn't return my calls and ignored me at mutual sporting events (we play football together). I'm 23 and he's 25. I thought he was a really good guy but I have no idea why he acted the way he did - I told him in mid to late March. Since then I went to his house and he said that he didn't want to be my friend, that I did nothing wrong and that there was no reason for it. Baffling behaviour in every sense.

Now I don't know if he was being a total a** or if he simply couldn't cope emotionally (which I've been told). If it's the latter, what could possibly being going on inside his head? Why would he (or anyone) pull away. Keep in mind that I told him very early on in the friendship that I had depression before in 2006 - 2009 and he reacted brilliantly to it; it didn't push him away and he was very supportive. Again, why this reaction?

I'm thinking about buying a video for a very cheap price - 80% off the price of which I can buy it elsewhere online. However, they've failed to disclose the P&P price. Red flag going up here; any way to find out the price? Sent an e-mail to them but I'm still unsure if I can take their word for it - despite the fact they have 99.8% feedback....

I'm on the PlayStation Store and The Walking Dead Season Pass is only €7.99 - something that looks a bit strange to me because each episode is €4.99 each. I mean, is there a catch here, or what? I'm a little unsure what "Season Pass" means or entails; do I get all 5 episodes for €7.99 for good or is this like PS+ where I get to play it for a little while after which I'll have to pay again in order to play them.

Anyone care to clear this up for me?

Hi, I was friends with a guy for a few months. i thought the friendship was going well enough to where I told him something was going wrong in my life (I have depression). His response was to totally ignore in every sense - phone calls, messages, even at football. His behaviour was totally bizarre. I went to see him on Friday & he said that I did nothing wrong, but that he doesn't want to be friends 'because he doesn't want to'. I didn't think that was much of a reason. He also said that my revelation had nothing to do with it, which I highly doubt because in my mind it was hardly a coincidence, which he downplayed. He said he never wants to see me again. We're not kids either; he's 26, I'm 24, so it's not teenage drama.

Anyway, has anyone ever experienced this before, or from what I've said can you give your thoughts or just anything to help me?

So I have this friend and he's going though a rough time....or so he's told me. The thing is, he hasn't said what the problem is. He's ignored me, pushed me away and is slowly distancing himself from his other friends ever since. I don't know what to do. I'm really keen on confronting the issue face to face (I've told him he can come and talk to me if he needs to via e-mail) but I'm not sure. Another friend who isn't in our friend circle (but is very wise) has suggested to stay away and wait him to resurface, but I'm impatient; I feel like I can't just hang around and let him push people away. I want to break through the barrier.

Any thoughts or previous experiences of this and if so, what did you do?

Sometimes when I'm writing messages on the PS3 to other people the sentences tend to complete themselves, usually from the last message I've sent. It's the same with Google. If you try to type something into Google it will automatically try to complete your search based on previous entries/memory/history.

I'm wondering if this is possible with emails. For instance, is there any way someone can find out what you've written in an email by doing the exact same thing? I know we think we have full comfort in writing an email, thinking that no one can find out besides us and the recipient, but I've often wondered if we can find what's written in someone else's email i.e, is there no such thing as privacy.

I'm currently unemployed and I'm a qualified language teacher (I also have a BA, a HDip and an MA). Here is the problem: I am very unhappy living at home. I want to move out, however my job prospects don't pick up for me (in my field) until summer, and even at that it will only be for 6 weeks i.e there might not be any job for me after that.

The instability of the job and the anxiety of waiting until the summer is nerve-wrecking....at best. I'm wondering what you would do? Would you wait for the work and be massively unhappy until then, or would you try to get a job immediately, work more hours, be paid less, but ultimately be more independent and happier?

It's a tough one, and I'm hoping someone would shed some light on my situation.

My psychiatrist said I need to leave more people into my life. Pwease help me.

My internet connection is pretty poor here so connecting to cross seas connections is abysmal. I connect to Italian, German, Swiss, Norweigen, English, Spanish and French lobbies but not to ones in my country anymore (Eire).

When I do get to join my own country's connections and play with other players in my own country I have an enjoyable time but for reason it won't join them anymore.

Is there a way that I can search for local lobbies?

I'd like to lose 250lbs. If I go on Ramadan once every 2-3 months will I look and feel amazing?

The hours look tough, but if I'm struggling I'll just 'av meself abit-a dust.

1. Giovinco got booked for going down despite the fact that he wasn't looking for a penalty.

2. Vucinic was clearly offside for the rebound that landed at Lichty's feet

3. Lichty dived/made the most of the challenge by Mirante

4. Several Parma players got booked for very little.

5. Matri was not offside in the last few minutes.

There were 6 refs on the pitch and they got so many decisions wrong. Disgraceful.

Inter have been quietly productive this summer window bringing in Guarin, Pereira, Gargano, Cassano, Silvestre, Palacio and Handanovic (and Coutinho returns from his loan spell).

Do you think they will challenge for the title this season?

Many teams have their kits released already, some (like Chelsea, Milan - though these are Adidas) have it released before the end of last season. Juventus have a trend that sees them release it later than many other top European clubs.

Financially, is this an idiotic mistake considering Juventus rely on jersey sales as much as any other club? Can you find a reason why they would let their release go as late as does (perhaps to prevent kit name mistakes, to create a flurry of sales on tours/early season etc)?

I was 135lbs in March 2010 and between then and now I've been working out a lot. I'm around the 168-170 mark now but I'm never happy where I am.

I always wanted to be 150lbs, but then I wanted to be 155lbs, then 160lbs and so on. It seems like I'm never happy where I am. Its a good thing motivation-wise, but I always feel like I could be much better off than where I am and that sometimes gets me down.

Does (or has) anyone ever felt like this?

Three names that stick out immediately are Pirlo, De Rossi and Di Natale.

Pirlo, as good as he is, is very hit or miss with penalties. His stye doesn't suit penalties in my opinion. He has a very relaxed run up. He scores some (World Cup Final in 2006) and others he has taken very poorly (Champions League Final in 2005).

De Rossi is the same. As great as he is his penalty taking is suspect. Sometimes its great, sometimes its poor. I wouldn't trust him.

Di Natale...do I really need to say? He chokes at the big level when he needs to score them. Don't trust him.

Meanwhile, Balotelli takes great spotkicks but Joe Hart of Man City is in goal and will know Balo more than anyone.

Whilst all have the potential to score (and when they do score penalties they're great) I worry for Italy if it goes to penalties...

Thoughts?

We got the living room varnished on Friday but the smell and the varnish still hung in the air. I went in to watch TV on Sunday and it still burned and irritated my eyes a bit. I woke up yesterday with nasal drip and today my nose is a bit runny, but nothing too bad.

I wasn't outside between Thursday and Sunday, and no one in my house was sick so I couldn't have possibly picked it up from someone else. This is really the only thing that would have affected it.

So can fumes from varnish caule light illness?

Was it a mistake by Real to have him take Morientes' place?

I remember watching Real back in the late 90's/early 00's when Real had Raul and Morientes up front and both were on FIRE. Real did win 3 Champions League titles between '98 and '02 w/ those two up front.

I don't think Raul was ever his mighty self without Morientes nor was Morientes ever his mighty self without Raul (though Raul did hit some for 3 or so years ago). I know Ronaldo was top class for 2-3 seasons when he arrived, but looking back, was it a mistake to break up that partnership?

The classic front 3 could very easily move on. Likewise so could Maggio and Inler. De Sanctiis should be sold, he had a shocking season.

Do you think Napoli will end up selling some of their better players this summer?
