Can you search for a local lobby in Black Ops 2?
My internet connection is pretty poor here so connecting to cross seas connections is abysmal. I connect to Italian, German, Swiss, Norweigen, English, Spanish and French lobbies but not to ones in my country anymore (Eire).
When I do get to join my own country's connections and play with other players in my own country I have an enjoyable time but for reason it won't join them anymore.
Is there a way that I can search for local lobbies?

No, but if someone has an xbox like your neighbor or someone really close to you, you could play a local (LAN) game
