My 2 only co-workers who I work with on a daily basis are acting in ways that I precieve as being unprofessional.

They seem to be constantly looking through email listserves for new jobs. Since they're friendly with each other, they are always talking about it with each other, so i'm stuck with my headphone in my ears all day to avoid rolling my eyes and groaning to myself.

Both of them also can't seem to avoid bringing their personal drama and baggage to work with them. A little bit i can understand if you're having a bad day. But it seems to be constant. I really don't care about your relationship with your father, or stuff the lawyer said.

I think its really unprofessional that they treat the workspace as time for them to socialize so much. I can understand they may be unhappy with the work, the job in general but I don't think they need to share that all the time.

Any idea how I may be able to defuse it without being the weird one and being the odd one out because I'm the quiet professional one in an office with a non-existant supervisor?

Do you go to a stock trader? What are good websites out there for just buying a bunch of shares of a few stocks for investment

I love what I do, but my 2 co-workers have such a negative attitude that it's hard to bear.

Its only the three of us, our supervisor is in a different facility and doesn't really do anything.

There are days when I want to tell them to shut up about how much they hate their job or think their life sucks, and just tell them to do their job.
