I am trying to get custody of my Grandson from cps. I want a lawyer from out of town that my county's cps are not chummy with. Two of the case workers at children's services were great and very helpful unfortunately current case worker is off on maternity leave and the new, I hope temporary, case worker has not been nice to me and doesn't seem to have my 13 year old Grandson's best interests on her priority list. I need a lawyer who isn't afraid to take them on and one preferably who knows all the tricks cps uses.

I stream my local public radio station and have no problem but when I stream a station from the florida keys, I seem to have problems. pc freezes up, i noticed a screen that said something like...someone wants to use . I clicked off that immediately. The station stops often and won't reload.

Can anyone tell me what I should buy that isn't expensive but will protect my desktop and or free microsoft things I can install

I have an autumn clematis that grew beautifully for 5 years. This spring it failed to grow anything. Instead the bare branches were covered with spikey hard green clumps. At first glance it looked like the new shoots. It's August in Ohio and on inspecting the plant again, it has only a few short 7" vines that are rigid with brown specks on the stem. I am now convinced it must be a disease. Can anyone tell me what this could be?

I have a circa 1920 craftsman style home with 1 inch wide oak hardwood floors throughout. This includes my living room, dining room, small hallway and 2 bedrooms. My shower doors are high gloss brass. I am re-demodeling my bath in bronze. I would like to be able to re-finish the metal trim, as long as it won't peel, to look like bronze. New shower doors in bronze are over $500.00. Not in my budget. I would be happy with a finish that was just a very dark brown.

I have a stereo in my garage and outdoor speakers for listening to my favorite radio station in my backyard. All was well until my station that has been on the air for more than 20 years, went off the air yesterday. Gone Forever, website's gone also. Now I can only listen to smooth jazz channel on my desktop. I want to find a set of speakers that I can use with my computer to get my station back in my yard.

I leave my music on the entire summer, never turn it off. I don't want something that I have to replace batteries. Speakers would have to have long enough cord to reach my ac outlet in garage.

I would like to know how transmitter works with my desktop and since I live in town, how does it work with only my pc and not something at my neighbors house.

My boards are 2x12x8 for the length and 4' wide.

I have been able to screw my brackets on 2 of the corners but my boards are warped, biggest problem is one of the 8' boards are ok at the top but the bottom is 1 1/2" to 2" out. There is no way I can force the board in since it is a 2"x12". My question is, do they make rachet strap type clamp that would go around a 4'by8', 2"by12" frame? Please help, I need to get my tomatoes in my raised bed for my Mom, she is dying and wants green fried tomatoes. This may be her last time to have them.

I have a 1 gallon warm mist humidifier, it has stopped working b/c of mineral deposits. I ran vinegar through it before and it started working properly. This time I can't get it to run, keeps going to reset. I wonder if the motor is water-proof and I could submerge the unit in vinegar.
