I'm 21 and just had my first kid. I'm 6 wks post pardum. My doctor cleared me to work out and I was wondering what a good routine would be for me. I have bad knees due to an accident i had when i was 14 so I cant do lunges, squats or really any workout that requires me to bend my knees repeatedly. Any suggestions?

I'm 20 weeks and 3 days pregnant (first child)and I have felt my little one move around and kick for the last few weeks. But I'm just wondering how often I should fell the baby move? Some days ill feel it in the morning then not again the whole day, or I'll get a kick or two all day. Is baby just too small for me to feel its every move? Because my aunt is also pregnant with her first, she's at 26 weeks, and she feels it almost constantly through out the day.

I'm at 14 weeks (pregnant) and I have already been to the initial appointment and had my ultra sound. I have to go back once a month, then every two weeks, then every day leading up to the birth. I was just wondering what happens at the following appointments.

My girlfriend doesn't ever listen to me. I give her a place to live and I take her too and from work. But when I ask her to do the laundry and clean up the house and clean the bathrooms, vacuum the place, cook dinner and pick up and pay for the groceries. She says I don't appreciate her. And she doesn't listen when I ask her to do all those things everyday. Seeing as I gave her a place to live she should do all that and more and not complain about. How do I get her to listen
