  • How do you like this one? "What's your daughter's name?" "Royalty."?

I actually heard this exchange where I got my hair cut today.

  • 2002 Saturn LW200: Should I buy it?

I'm getting mixed reviews of these cars. This one has 95K miles, but the last almost-30,000 aren't accounted for in the Carfax report. I really want a wagon or hatchback, but not one that's 15 years old or has 150K on it. What to do??

  • Why can't my sister drink green tea?

She has Systemic Lupus and Addison's Diseases. I understand why she has to be careful with some things, like potassium, but I don't get why she has been cautioned away from green tea and soy products. Any ideas? Thanks.

  • Great Wolf Lodge in Pennsylvania?

If you've been to either, please tell me what you think of Great Wolf Lodge, either in the Poconos or in Lancaster, PA. I've read that both waterparks are great, but both hotels are awful. Thanks.

  • Should I allow people from Y!A to email me?

When it's called for, I tend to give smart a** answers and love to beat up on people who ask opinions about stupid baby names and on the holier-than-thou's. I don't want my inbox full of stalker crap. On the other hand, I'd like to hear from nice and fun people. Survey says?

  • Is this a violation of my lease? I live in Phila. (but not in public housing).?

When I was literally moving into my apt., I saw an exterminator. He said there wasn't a bug problem, but part of his job was to report tenants whose apt.'s were messy. Some of these ppl have been evicted. A maintenance man stands in the hall while the bug guy sprays the kitchen and bath. There was nohing about this in my lease! If I hadn't run into him, I wouldn't have known for almost a year that he was going in there! Longer if they hadn't sent a memo saying that his usual day was changed. Since another tenant and I have been home to refuse him entry, we have all rec'd memos saying that you can only do this if a tenant is in her 1st trimester of pregnancy or is under 6 mos. old. The exterminator also reports ppl who don't let him in. Allegedly 1 flr of another bldg was evicted for this. How can I legally stop this guy from coming in? Can they leave something like this out of the lease?

  • Name for opening lyrics?

Please tell me the name--if any--of the words that are sometimes used at the beginning of certain songs. I've heard them spoken, sung, and done in a kind of sing-song. I think Judy Garland's version of "You Made Me Love You" uses it (and names, I think, Cary Grant). The Carpenters' version of "The Christmas Song" uses it: Christmas future is far away/Christmas past is past/ christmas present is here to stay.... Thank you!!!!!

  • Any tips on breaking artist's block?

I'm trying to create some artist trading cards and I keep coming up with ideas that I realize are imitations of others' cards!
