I only remember the chorus of the song when the man goes "la lala la lalalaaaalaaaa" and google only comes up with desck the halls, and the song I want sounds nothing like that, its sort of sad and mellow.

It's my friend's birthday and we're going to a pub. She's invited someone that I haven't seen in a long time, and I also hated her for a long time (I don't hate her anymore) so i'm quite nervous about going and I don't want to but today isn't about me it's about my friend. I know they'll be dressing nice n all and I don't want to be the odd one out wearing layers and looking like i'm ready to go camping, so i'm going to dress nice too, the only problem is i'll be freezing until we get to the pub. Because i'm nervous about going I'm planning on drinking beforehand to loosen up, but I only want to drink like 2 beers - enough to loosen up and not be tipsy basically (btw 2 can get me quite drunk-tipsy but i'll be drinking them slowly), and I was wondering if 2 is enough to help my body warm up? It won't be a dramatic change in temperature obviously but I'd just like to know if it would do ANYTHING to my body temp? P.S I asked my sister if I could take one of her anxiety pills and she said no, so drinking is my only option.

I ve been dying my hair for years now and I think it s finally looked really damaged. I dyed it blonde twice with B+++ which was fine, BUT then I toned it about a month later and that s when it turned horrible. The colour was horrid so I thought hey, I ll dye it blue! It looks way better than it did, but it still looks really damaged (it s dip dyed btw) and I was wondering, does it eventually get healthier or do I have to actually make it healthier again?

Let's put it out there now and say that I haven't completely stopped smoking, on occasion I will smoke at a party (mostly when I'm drunk), and I did smoke for a little bit when I started my first job about 3 months ago. So, obviously my mucus will still! Be here, but I was wondering, how long does it take to actually go away? How long did it take you if you've quit? Also, I vape, would that effect it?

I'm not going to say who it is but they basically lie to me a lot, it's not random lies like a disorder but many times we've discussed their issue and they are still struggling to overcome lying. It's always the same situation as well and he says he lies because he doesn't want me to get mad but i've overcome my anger, i'm not getting angry at him anymore yet he's still doing it. I did some research and he doesn't seem like a pathological liar, except for the BIG fact that he doesn't think of the consequences, how it would make me feel, he's actual figured out how to make me believe him and he just can't stop. I want him to overcome lying but I can't help him if this is a disorder. I need to know, What professional could help me here?

I got two rats 3 weeks ago and they don't trust me. One rat is more confident than the other and last night he went on my boyfriend's hand completely, however my boyfriend went to close his arms together slowly and he jumped straight back into the cage. I've been feeding them treats, but they should have trusted me by now right? They were bred and the breeder picked them up with no problem and at the time one of them climbed on me, but as soon as they got here I can't move a muscle without them jumping. Any other tips would be great because i'm worried I may never be able to pick them up. I'm willing to take the time they need but I need to know if eventually they'll be how they should be :(

I know sellotape is dangerous for them but I can't think of anything else I could use to make something out of cardboard. I ordered hamster steps and when it arrived it was far, FAR too small so I want to make my own staircase out of cardboard. The reason is because my hamster has to climb onto the platform in his cage (the slider it came with was too small) and I thought it would be nice for him to just walk up instead of pulling himself up.

I'm getting the Apple iPad 2 32GB, a second hand one. I mainly just want one for a drawing app I use that is much better on the IPad than it is on a phone, and it would be nice to use a pen instead of my finger.

I haven't been able to pick my rat's up yet and I need to clean their cage badly. I was thinking of putting them in the carrier they came in and putting them in the bathtub, I feel mean leaving them in such a small container for so long (I need to clean my room and cut some fleece up as well) And I was wondering if they'd be able to escape the bathtub? If so i'll just have to suck it up and leave them in a carrier for like an hour. They're teenage male rats if that matters, about 2 months old or so.

I got two male rats last Thursday. I was going to get babies but I decided to get the two oldest ones that weren't sold. They were both very sweet, and I think she said they're 13 weeks? Around that. Anyway, the most friendly one (at the time) is the most frightened of me out of the two now, and it started when I was trying to put them in their cage with the carrier and something I did made a noise they didn't like and immediately didn't trust me after that. The breeder told me not to leave them alone, but because of what happened I decided to leave them be for a day, and i've been taking it slow, I've been giving them food from my hands and I'm not doing anything to show i'm a threat, yet if I move the slightest bit they'll jump and run away. Now, I've just seen my grey rat have a dark red crust on one of this eyes. It's gone now but has left a slight stain on his fur. A the moment I have mesh (or hardware cloth) around my cage because they're too small for my 1 inch bars, and I'm kind of hoping he somehow scratched himself, because then it will heal and he'll be fine. However, if that's not the case, then he's either ill or stressed, and I don't know what to do. If he's stressed, I don't know what I can do to make him feel safer. And if he's ill then my mum (who didn't want me to get rats) will be furious to know I need her to drive me to the vet so early into getting them. I also read that it could be because of too much sunlight, so i'll see if that's why, but please help

Bought 2 rats from a breeder today. I bought a carrier case from the breeder and it only just fit through the cage doors, thing is, while struggling with it etc the rats started to become scared, which I couldn't really prevent, and the black one is just sitting in a corner, and the grey one is still in the carrier under the shredded paper.. Their water is the next level up, so is one of the food bowls, and the other one they can't get to right now because the carrier is in the way. I know they won't be scared forever but I hate how the grey one was so nice and okay with what was happening and now he is scared, because of me trying to help them.. I'm mostly just worried that they won't explore. They need to eat and drink eventually and i'm not sure if they'll do that tonight :/

I've been in contact with a rat breeder for a month now, she said she would email me when the litter has arrived, but I emailed her yesterday and it turns out they are already available for adoption, so she must of forgot to email me in advance. It's my first time with a breeder and i'm not sure how i'm suppose to talk to them, the one i've chosen is quite blunt and I feel awkward asking this stranger where her house is etc. I've asked her when is best for her, and she'll reply but I have a feeling she won't get straight to the point and tell me her address etc. I'll most likely have to ask, and please tell me how to do that without sounding weird?

I'm adopting rats and it's my first time getting any animal from a breeder and I'm not sure what i'm suppose to be like? Do I talk to them like regular people or do I talk in a more professional/formal manner? Also what is it like being in their house getting the pet? Do I go in have a chat with them, get my rats, pay them and leave? What usually happens?

After using Olia's B+++ blonde (basically loads of bleach, lifts up to 8 shades) My hair feels healthy considering what I just did to it. I've bought a caffeine shampoo and will be buying Olia's hair oil to make my hair look and feel very healthy. I was going to wait at least a week to re-dye my hair as the Olia's one turned it an orange-yellow but it doesn't feel damaged at all and the Schwarzkopf's hairdye I want got great reviews. Just wanted to know if it would be stupid to dye it again so soon, It's very eager to make it the colour I want and if this hair dye goes well then I wont have to buy a toner etc.

Right now i've got semi-perm green tips. Today I bought Olia's B+++ blonde hairdye and I want to replace the green, would the green in my hair affect the blonde at all? It's faded but some parts are more vibrant than others.

A majority of my clothes are green. Camo jeans, a pair of shoes, a coat, some shirts/jumpers are camo, and a lot of my shirts/jumpers are a plain army green, including all my jackets. I once had my hair semi-perm Purple, and I miss it. At the time I straightened my hair a lot and even though that should ruin the colour it actually made it nicer, it turned it into a lovely pale purple and for a semi-perm it stayed a very long time. Anyway, I was thinking of getting Arctic Fox hairdye since that's suppose to be the best atm, and I just want to know if it will look ugly having purple hair with green clothing.

Played it all night yesterday, it was fine. Today the first time it crashed was random, after learning my lesson for not saving the first time I saved my progress and it crashed afterwards. I put all the graphic quality on low and it was working, but after putting a 2 small rollercoasters in I put a third on in and it crashed, re-did it with the same one and crashed again, then thought, maybe it doesn't like that ride so I chose another one, thought it worked for a second and then "program stopped working" once again. So, now I really need someone to help me. I love this game I haven't played it in years. I did not download it, I have the disk.. If that matters.

I'm 18 and started my first job 2 months ago. I really like it, it's 4am-8am so I don't need to worry about customers or talking to people, and my co-workers are lovely, even the managers. I'd keep it forever if It weren't a part-time job, which really bums me out because If I could live on £500 a month, I would. But no one can move out with that, not even if I moved out with someone else. I'm just afraid that i'll get a full-time job and hate it, and the last thing I want is to miss my current job. I just want to know what work is typically like. I don't mind getting on with work, I do that anyway, but what are the managers usually like? Only recently I became good at my job, I was terrible before we got new equipment yet no one told me off, they just encouraged me, and I know not every manager or team leader is that nice. I don't want be in my mid twenties and still living with my mum, I want to move out at at least 23. But I don't know when to start looking for work?
