I am wishing to purchase a property originally constructed as a six-unit senior housing complex. I wish to purchase this property and again rent it out as senior housing. As yet I have had no luck in finding financing for this venture. Any advice?

What other vehicles used the same starter as a '51 Kaiser Deluxe (with overdrive)?

I am needing a starter for my 1951 Kaiser Deluxe which has been converted to a 12-volt system. Is there another vehicle I can use the starter from on this vehicle? I have no sources to cross-reference, so if someone could help me out I would sure appreciate it! Thanks!

I want this as original as possible while making it a daily driver. Knowing that this vehicle has a gear ratio which makes driving at anything much over 50 mph nearly impossible, what are some relatively options I have? Are there rear axles that will easily interchange? Good suggestions only, please!

I know the place to insert a hand crank was there, but I have never actually seen a hand crank that is correct for these vehicles. Could they actually be started with a hand crank, or is this a left over vestige from the old W-Series trucks? If they can be started in this manner, where can I find the correct hand crank?

During the Angels - Royals game last night, Denny Matthews (Royals Radio Network) commented - correctly - that "Tim McClelland brings the zest and enthusiasm of a pine cone when he is calling balls and strikes." Having officiated numerous sports over the past 30 years, I realize how hard the job is. However, a man in this position must act like he wants to be there. Beyond that, he and C.B. Bucknor (as well as Derryl Cousins) MUST be the worst umpires in MLB. When is the Commissioner's Office going to "man up" and take action against poor umpires? I don't mean to say these men had a bad game that cost "my" team a win; what I mean is that these men have had bad CAREERS yet still are allowed to keep their jobs. Should we as fans be willing to accept mediocrity and apathy on the part of the officials of this sport?
