I like math, like solving equations and algebra especially.

I am a quiet person and prefer working alone, although I am capable of working with others and getting along.

I don't like English class.

I like the idea of working in an office.

I enjoy helping others.

I like to make lists and stay organized.

I am a high honors student in my top 10% of high school. My gpa is 4.20. (I'm a senior)

I would like to make a decent amount of money.

Currently I've applied to community college for Business Administration.

I'm in accounting class but not sure if the concepts of it click for me easily, so I'm not sure if that job would be good for me or if I would enjoy it for that long.

I heard of an actuary, and researched it a little but I'm not sure about anything at all at this point.

Any ideas, thoughts, opinions, anything at all?

Carelessness, prosperity, hard work, and opportunity are characteristics that relate to the open-mindedness of the 1920’s. These distinctive traits exemplify the typicality of the reoccurring trends that embody the American Dream of this decade.

In regards to the Vietnam War, how was Nixon more effective than Johnson at home and abroad?

I have this idea to make bracelets for little girls in the hospital. I have a lot of beads from when I was a little girl. Also, if I asked some of my friends they might be able to help me out by making or donating their own beads. Also, we could make those floss friendship bracelets, if you know what I'm talking about. They can be made in a variety of colors, which could then be given to girls or boys, satisfying both genders.

By the way, I'm 18, a junior in high school.

I'm not sure if this could be big enough to start a program at the hospital that is dedicated to making the bracelets for the children or not. I need your suggestions.

Also, I feel like just a bracelet is not enough. Should there be a little message tied to each bracelet with a ribbon? Then all of the bracelets could be placed in a basket, and the patients could choose whatever color bracelet they liked from the basket. Or maybe they should just be given a bracelet and not given the choice to pick.

Also, how am I going to get enough support from people? As my beads are only going to be enough to last a short while. Do you think craft companies would donate supplies? If so, how would I do this?

Maybe this is not a good idea because it won't get that far, I don't know. I just need ideas, ideas, ideas!

I was at work (clothing store) putting out some new dresses, he was nearby putting some kids clothing away. I just randomly said to him that i love dresses, because there were a lot of cute new dresses. He looked up and said "Oh yeah?" "That's true, you do wear a lot of dresses, don't you?" Then he starts to walk closer to me and i point out one in particular i like. He looks at it and then looks at my eyes. I said, "what?" and he said he was checking to see if it matched the color of my eyes.

It was his last day, he's quitting to go to a better paying job.

He was always so nice and said, What's up and how am i doing, etc all the time.

I felt like we had a connection or something. but he's in college, i'm in highschool...

one time i asked if he had plans for easter, he brought up that he was going to his girlfriend's parents house for dinner... so...

please tell me I'm over thinking this?

So, I'm a junior in high school and I've been through so much lately. I guess I'll just make a list of things that bother me. I'm a 17 year old girl. I need help, anything you've got to say. Thanks so much.

*Through my school life, I've been in all Honors classes. I've never gotten a C. Only A's and B's, only a couple B's. My GPA is 4.2 but it's in jeopardy. I have a C in Honors Physics. I have a C in Honors American Survey. And 2 B's. This is so stressful for me. I come home from school and just don't feel like doing homework because I've been at school for 9 hours. Then I procrastinate. Physics is killing me. It's the hardest class I've ever been in my life. Now we're scheduling for senior year which is scary because it's the last year. I have no ideas what classes to take to help me for a career, let alone what career I want to do. I feel so pressured to make a decision within a year. I've thought about accounting. But I don't have barely anyone to talk to.

*Thinking about college stresses me out.

*I cry a lot just from all the stress. I try to not let anyone see how sad I am.

*I feel very ugly about myself. I'm not pretty, I've got acne which I just feel like will never go away as long as I'm alive. I've never had a boyfriend, which makes me very sad or had my first kiss. Guys don't even show interest.

*I'm so shy. I hate it. I'm not good at talking to people. Hate social situations. I don't like making eye contact cause I suck at it and feel that my eyes cross when I look at people or something. I think I might have Social Phobia.

*I feel fat. Nothing looks good on me usually. I'm so sick of all the same clothes, but I've never been able to afford too much, just cute clothes that are not name brand like American Eagle which I would love to get.

*I've got a junky pay as you go phone that's old, when everyone else is getting touch screen phones.

*About 2 months ago, my grandpa died which has been hard on me. I went through a spell a few weeks ago where I got sick, passed out, and had to go to the hospital.

*School work really stressing me out, I've already mentioned this.

*I'm trying to make it into the National Honors Society.

*I don't have barely any friends that I go out and do things with. I haven't done anything with friends for months now. :( I feel so lonely. I need people to talk with and talk about these things but I'm not close enough with anyone to do so. Inside I can just feel a feeling that I need to talk about all of these personal things with someone but I'm not that close with any one person. I just have people who I say hello to and talk casually to about school but not too many that I would actually hang out.

You are traveling toward a mountain at 75 km/hr. You stop at point A and look up to the top of a mountain. The angle of elevation from the ground to the top of the mountain is 0.026 radians. Twenty minutes later, at point B, the angle of elevation is 0.031 radians. About how tall is the mountain?

I can't figure this out!

The only think I found out was that the distance from point A to B, which I called distance y, was to be 25 km. I found this using 20mins at 75 km/hr. I drew a picture, but cannot see how it is possible to find the height of the mountain, because it seems to me that there is not enough information, being that they don't give you the time or the distance from point B to the mountain.

Cashier position.

1) What should I wear? Dress, skirt, black slacks?

2) What questions might they ask me?

3) What would your answers to these questions be? (optional)

4) Have you ever gone to a Staples Interview? If so, how did it go? Did you get the job?

5) One more question... How many hours might they have me work, being that I'm 17 and it's my first job? And how soon could I begin working after the interview?
