I got my first speeding ticket ever recently, for going 70 in a 55 zone. The fine is $201 with the option to go to traffic school and pay $250. I've been told that since this is my first ticket and I don't have any points on my record, that traffic school really isn't necessary. How many points will I have on my record now? Will traffic school really save me that much money on my insurance?

I have Win Vista Home Premium, on an HP Pavillion laptop. My CD/DVD Rom has disappeared. I tried installing drivers, but my computer doesn't even find the device. My husband did something with the Bios that got the drive back, but it locked up while I was using it, and by the time I restarted the computer again, it disappeared again. Any ideas on how I can fix it for good?

Besides the obvious, what is the difference? Do they taste different? I have seen the fertile eggs in the grocery store, and they are more expensive. I have 5 hens that will start laying soon and a rooster, so obviously some of the are eggs are bound to be fertile. I don't want baby chicks, so I don't care about that.
