Yesterday, I was headed towards a stop sign that was at an intersection on top of a hill and was hit on the front driver side by a truck who made a wide turn. He agreed and called the cops after I left (without telling me he was). Today my insurance called my mom because she is the owner of my car and the company said i am being blamed. Should I wait for the police to call me or should I call them immediately. And should I be worried because I left to go to class.
