  • I think I may be pregnant?

A little over a month ago my husband and I had sex. He didn't use a condom and he came inside me. I am on the pill and I take it fairly regularly, some days I miss or I don't take it at the exact same time every day. A few days later I got my period but it was more spotting than anything else. I was supposed to get my period sometime in the last couple days but it still hasn't came. And my breasts have been really sore, I also started breaking out which, neither of which are normal for me. I took a test and it said negative. I'm just really not sure what to think. I plan on making an appointment with my doctor on Monday. I was just wondering if someone could give me any insight to help me ease my mind. Thank you in advance!

  • Can you have a laparoscopic surgery if you have already had surgery on your stomach?

I had to have a laparoscopic surgery on my stomach when I was around 10. When I was twelve I ended up having to have an appendectomy. They were going to do it using the laparoscopic method which involves making several small incisions rather than one large one, apparently they started to do it that way, but because I had scar tissue from my previous stomach surgery they ended up having to do one large incision. Well now I found out that I have to have my gallbladder removed and I was just wondering if anyone knows if I will be able to have the laparoscopic surgery, or just one large incision? If anyone knows anything about this and can help me out I would really appreciate it!

  • My dog ate grapes, will he be okay?

He is 65 pounds and he ingested three grapes. I was told to give him hydrogen peroxide to induce vomiting and I did. He threw up a couple times. Will he be okay now? I am just so worried because everyone is telling me that grapes can cause sudden death.

  • Why is my dog chewing things up at night?

My boyfriend and I adopted a 2 month old Lab/Shepherd mix in November. He is now 10 months old and we are having problems with him chewing up our stuff at night. He was the perfect puppy for the longest time, I thought it was almost freaky how well behaved he was. He didn't get in the garbage, he never chewed, he did good in his crate and he never barks. We decided not to crate him at night and he's been completely fine up until recently. Now he's getting into the garbage, chewing up our shoes, socks, basically anything he can. And it all mostly happens at night. He also has not been listening lately. We brought him to the beach and he usually does really good off his leash, but he started to run up to other people and he wouldn't come when he was called, or when we went to grab him he would run away. I just really need some insight on what to do. He is a good dog and he hates when you're mad at him, that's why I don't get why does things to get you mad! Sorry if this was a long post. I just really need some help. Thank you.

  • Can the justice of the peace marry you outside?

My fiance and I already decided that we didn't want a big wedding at all, and we planned on just going to the courthouse and getting the justice of the peace to marry us. But I still want my wedding day to be special and the courthouse isn't exactly what I had in mind. Can we get the justice of the peace to marry us at a different location?

  • How difficult is a medical receptionist job?

I'm 18 and I am going to be applying for a receptionist job at an eye doctors office. I have no experience in this type of work and I am very very nervous. I have heard some bad things about the job which is just making my nerves worse. I was just wondering if there are any receptionist out there that can tell me how hard the job is and what to expect if I get the job.

  • Is a medical receptionist job hard?

I'm 18 and I have only had one job so far. I worked at a library for a couple years. I am now looking for a job and saw a posting for a medical receptionist job at a local eye doctors office. I want to apply for it, but I was just wondering how difficult it would be because of my lack of experience. If anyone could help me out I would really appreciate it.

  • Does this sound like it's my gallbladder?

For the last couple months I have had a few really bad stomach attacks. They just seem to hit out of nowhere and it is terrible terrible pain. It hurts high in my stomach and almost under my ribcage on the right side. It hurts to breath and it happens at night after I eat greasy food. I went to the er and they said it was a virus and they didn't even check my gallbladder. My mom had hers out too, I don't know of it's genetic or not. I was just wondering what other people think. If anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it.

  • Does anyone else feel this way?

I'm 18 years old and I'm engaged to be married to my best friend and boyfriend of four years. I love him and I'm absolutely sure I want to marry him. But I sometimes get these feelings like I'm missing out on things. I'm looking for a job now and I'm not going to school, which has nothing to do with him. I just feel like I'm missing out on important life experiences. Does anyone or has anyone ever felt like this? I don't like it and I'm not sure what to do. Sorry for the long post!

  • Does he look like a husky/lab mix or a shepherd/lab mix?

My boyfriend and I adopted him about a week ago, and the woman who had him said that he was a 12 week old husky/lab mix. And in my opinion he looks more like a shepherd/lab mix. He is adorable regardless, but I would still like to know. What do you guys think?

  • When do employers make their decision?

I applied for a job almost two weeks ago. Everything went great. I was interviewed, I took a drug test, and they did a background check on me the same day I applied. We all seemed to get along very well and they told me that they would for sure call me to come in for a second interview and talk about hours and pay. The woman said because of Thanksgiving that it would be a few days, well it's been longer than a few days. I went to the website that I found the job posting on and it says it doesn't expire for a couple more weeks. So, are they just waiting till it expires to make their decision or does it sound like I'm not going to get the job? If anyone has had any experience in this that can help me I would really, really appreciate it, I'm getting worried. Thank you all so much.

  • Is this normal behavior for a puppy?

My boyfriend and I adopted a 12 week old husky-lab mix puppy a couple days ago. We brought him home and he has been really sweet and very calm. Which kind of surprised me considering all the puppies I have been around have acted crazy. He sleeps a lot and sometimes goes off to be by himself. And tonight he was chewing on one of his toys and we were playing and I got kind of close and he snapped at me. He didn't bite me but it seemed like he was going too, then almost right after he did it again. I grabbed his snout and told him no, but that seemed to make him kind of mad, but then he went back to normal. I was just wondering if this is normal for a puppy in new surroundings. I have never had a puppy of my own before so I'm new to all of this. If anyone could help me I would really appreciate it!!!

  • Is it safe to order this dress?

I have been looking into buying my wedding dress from Etsy.com. You can have your dress custom made and I have ordered things off of this website before, but nothing as important as my wedding dress. I like the idea of having my dress handmade to fit my exact measurements. It says that it ships from China, and I have heard that it can be dangerous to buy dresses from there. I just don't want anything to ruin this day. If anyone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it!

  • Is brown a good color for a bridesmaid dress?

I'm having my wedding outdoors and it's going to be in June. I'm having it at our local audubon society. It is a beautiful location that overlooks Lake Michigan. I was just wondering if brown dresses would suit this wedding?

  • Does this sound like I got the job?

A couple days ago I picked up an application for a job that I have been interested in. I was told to fill out the application and then bring it in with my resume. I brought them both in that same day and almost immediately I was interviewed. The two people that interviewed me were really nice and we seemed to hit it off. They then did a background check on me and I had to do a drug test (which I passed) Then they told me that they were definitely going to call me to come in for a second interview. I am really excited and hopeful but it seems like every time I get my hopes up for something like this, something happens. So I was just wondering if anyone else thinks it sounds like I got the job.

  • Did I do something wrong?

I am recently engaged, and so is one of my friends. She had set her date before me, and I just set mine the other day. Mine is going to be one week before hers. The reason my finace and I chose this date is because we need time to save due to the fact that we don't have a lot of money, but I also don't want to have to wait forever. It is going to be May 17, 2014 This day is also my parents anniversary,so it really means a lot to me. My friend then texted me and started throwing a fit. She called me a bad friend because I didn't take her into consideration. She informed me today that the date of my wedding is the day that she is going to have her bachelorette party. She had never once told me about her party so how was I to know. She then told me that if I was a good friend then I need to put my wedding off for another year. This is my big day too, and I don't think that it is fair of her. I'm just wondering what other people think of this. Sorry to bring you into my business but I need others opinion. Please and thank you :)

  • What degree do you need to have to be a dental assistant?

I have been thinking about going to school to become a dental assistant and I was just wondering what degree is needed to do this. I heard that you can do this job with an associates degree, but the college nearest me does not offer any programs on dental alone. I'm just not sure if I need to take courses that are specifically for dental or if an associates degree will do. If anyone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

  • What is your opinion on a Sapphire engagement ring?

I love the idea of having a Sapphire ring over a Diamond one. It seems more unique and is definitely more my style. It seems that some people find that to be ridiculous. It's not like it is a rule that you have to have a diamond engagement ring. I was just wondering what other people's opinions were, so what do you think?
