I was going through a tough time recently and I didn’t want to be alone so I asked my boyfriend to stay but instead he went and played basketball with his friends. He said he would see me later but he didn’t and I don’t know how to feel. I never really ask anything of my boyfriend because I don’t want to seem demanding but I’m kind of annoyed. 

My boyfriend has never been in a relationship before and I’m his first girlfriend. We’ve been seeing each other for 8 months now and sometimes he’ll bring up his past hookups like oh I hooked up with this girl or oh I did it at this place etc. He knows it bothers me because I’ve told him this but he still brings it up sometimes anyways. Why is this and what should I do?

Ok so I set my best friend up with one of my boyfriends friends and it was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made. They’re completely obsessed with one another and I haven’t hung out with her in months even though I’ve asked her to but she would make up other excuses. The only time I really see her is if her boyfriend comes along. On top of that, she always makes comparisons/digs to my relationship. For example, I don’t necessarily get along with my boyfriends family sometimes. Then she would make a comment like “oh I’m so lucky that *******’S family likes me. They invited me over for dinner last night!”

Another time I was upset about something and she came over to see me for an hour or so. The whole time she was over her boyfriend called her constantly and she said right in front of me “ok I’ll cut this short” even though they had already spent the whole week together and I was just asking for an hour. 

And yes, other people see this too and have even said something to her but she’ll ignore it and continue to be obsessed with her boyfriend. Do I cut her off?

I’m planning on seeing my boyfriend next week during the pandemic and I’m pretty concerned about being cautious and not seeing anyone especially with the new variants present and u can get it easily. My boyfriend told me he’s going for a walk with his friend this week, who has been going to school in one area, and driving back and forth from place to place because he’s working somewhere while going to school somewhere else. I also know for a fact his friend has been seeing people, I’d say at least 10-13 people. My boyfriend says that he trusts his friend to be safe, and he says they’ll be wearing masks. 

As soon as he told me this I was a bit angry because now I don’t know if I’m going to see him especially because of the variants and idk what his friend has been up to. But they’re going for a walk outside so is this ok? Or should I still not risk it?

Yesterday this guy asked me to chill with him and watch a movie. He came over we watched a movie and cuddled and he stayed over for a few hours and talked etc. I leaned in for a kiss but he didn’t reciprocate but maybe he wanted to take things slow or was nervous.

Today I messaged him saying I had a good time would you want to hang out again and he hasn’t responded but has been active on social media.

My question is what does this mean and why? Lol
