  • Would Parent Plus loans be eligible in the event $50,000 is forgiven per borrower?  ?

    I have:

$30,000 of student debt in MY name. (Federal)

$50,000 of student debt in my FATHERs name (federal PPlus)

If $50,000 is forgiven, per borrower, would you assume I’d be forgiven of my $30,000 and my father $50,000?

  • Can I see the loan terms in writing before going into a dealership?

I recently found a vehicle that I plan on purchasing. I’ve done my due diligence on the vehicle and definitely want to purchase it.

The dealer is about an hour away and I prefer to have financing completely taken care so I can come in, place the down payment, and drive take the vehicle home.

I submitted a credit application through the dealers website and a rep reached out to me. He asked for additional information and I went ahead an provided my proof of income. He called me back and told me I was approved. He provided me with the interest rate, the loan term, and the monthly payment.

I want to ensure that financing is completely taken care of to avoid any future issues. How should I go about doing so? Can I ask for documentation supporting the loan?

  • Is there a tax form that shows Financial Aid refunds?

I am currently going through the process of buying a vehicle. I will need to prove my income when applying for financing. I do not have anyone that will co-sign.

I currently work a part-time job and have pay stubs to provide for that job. My issue is, the yearly income from my PT job is not enough to qualify.

My tuition is very cheap and I live off campus. Due to the cheap tuition, my parents are ok taking out a little more so that I can pay for all of my living expenses during the semester. My financial aid refunds add about $10,000 a year to my income (not taxable).

Is there a tax form or some other document I can provide that includes the refunds I received? My 1098-T does not show my exact refunds.

What do you pay for Fios internet only? Is this too high? ?

I’m a bit curious. As of now it is 54.99/month for 100/100 Mbps + $12.00/month for the router. First thing is obviously the router increasing the cost. I am considering purchasing my own to save in the long run.

But as for the internet, is that high? I’m not on an agreement either. Is this high in your opinion? It’s just internet.

  • How do you change a photo (and it s contents) from portrait to landscape?

I know how to "rotate" an image, but would like to know if there is any site or free software I could rotate an image to vertical, along with the actual contents of the photo.

For example, the links provided show the issue when I convert a photo to landscape. The actual contents of the photo do not rotate.

(Not the actual photo I need to change, just an example)

  • Are startup costs for a business tax deductible?

I know they are deductible if the taxpayer is already engaged in the business, but what if you spend $55,000 exploring the feasibility of starting a company in 2018? You are technically not engaged in the business, and its not "acquired"

  • Was I prescribed the proper medicine?

So I was recently prescribed Lexapro 10mg which is an anti-depressant.

I work 40 hours a week as a full-time college student and experience a mixture of fatigue, anxiety, and inability to focus. In order to get through my day I need to drink a lot of caffeine. Do you think Lexapro was the right prescription? My doctor himself was going to prescribe me something else but the nurse argued to prescribe something "lighter". I simply need something to intensify my focus whilst giving me an extra boost throughout my day.

I'm sure my anxiety may go down but will this increase my focus? Should I ask for something else when I visit him next month?

  • Should I Manage a store as a full-time student?

So I am in my sophomore year as an Econ/Finance major and have been working Full-time hours as an Assistant Manager at a local chain near my school. I also balance a full-time course load of five classes a week. My grades are not A1 but I am passing and getting by. I managed A's and B's my first semester working these hours but may be in for an increase as store managers typically work 50 hours a week. Do you feel like the experience I would get working full-time as a Store Manager on top of being a full-time student would be valuable?

  • Why is my phone IMEI being read as a Blackberry? IMEI Issue?

So I recently purchased an UNLOCKED Iphone SE. I ran the IMEI and it is clean and iCloud unlocked. I've taken it to my carrier (MetroPCS) and tried to get it activated but they are saying it is being recognized as a Blackberry and do not know what to do about it.

Would maybe reunlocking the phone fix this?

  • Does anyone have any idea about the success of original store managers in companies such as Subway or McDonald's?

I'm not asking about original "founders", I'm asking about those who started as employees then grew with the company during the "prime" or period where the comapany began 'Huge" and made a big jump in stores nationwide.

  • How should I about paying for my college bill?

Ok, I'm turning to this for a quick answer. I plan to contact my school's financial aid office tomorrow but want to stop here for a few ideas.

My bill for college has been released and my financial aid does not cover the entire tuition. My aid was $7,456 for the upcoming semester but my charges are at $8,631 which leaves a balance of $775 needed to be paid. These totals are per semester so I am assuming I will also need another $775 for the second semester but as of now these are the charges on my account.

My question is how should I go about paying for these charges. My Financial Aid package has been received and I took all the money I could get for the year. My only other federal loan option is the Parent PLUS Loan. Thus would lead me to yet another option which would be the private loan. If I take out a private loan should I take out the amount due for just this semester? Would I be able to take out another loan once the second semester bill releases. My last resort is having to just pay it out in cash but my problem with that is that I still need to buy books and dorm accessories therefore I know that I would need to borrow some type of money to cover the rest of tuition.

  • Do you have to ask if your paycheck came in or does your manager let you know?

Got my first job almost a month ago at cvs and still never got a check. Should I ask if one came in? The website says a check was printed. They don't hold the first check according to a co-worker
