G'day guys,

I've recentely been to a chiropractor, who helped me with a bit of a crook neck. In the general consultation, she also identified alot of tightness in my lumber area of my spine. This tightness has come from weight distribution when boxing.

So, my question is who is the person to see? An osteopath? A remdial massage therapist? A sports massage therapist? I don't really know the difference, so any help is appreciated guys.

A question for the knowledable ones on all things canine..

I often see it written that a given breed of dog has xyz temperament attributes, whereas a different breed consistently has abc attributes.

Is this accurate? Can it be said? From a psychology perspective, it would be analogous to saying that individuals a given place have a given personality set; which is popular in pop-psychology, but is blatantly inaccurate. Surely dogs have their own mind, and traits such as 'aggression' or 'rebellousness' which I have seen written to describe the nature of certain breeds is innacurate and purely written from loose facts.

Any thoughts?

Got a question I'm hoping you Astronomy-heads may know!

I'm from Victoria, Australia (so.. autumn; Southern hemishpere) and am currently in an area pretty distant from any city. As such, the sky is pretty smog-free.

Anyway, at night.. I always see a set of stars. If its not a clear night, there one of the few sets of stars visible.. and on clear nights, they are pretty bright compared to others. I guess the easiest way to describe it is that has maybe 8 stars visible, and looks like a leg with a bend at the knee!

Any ideas?

Im looking for a new car and a mate of mine said he knows a guy would look out for me and allow me to purchase a brandnew Mercedes' (no idea of the model.. but thats not important for this question -- whats important are the figures he was talking) from a wholesaler.. at cost (all legit!). The figures he was talking were he (the wholesaler) was getting the cars at $80,000 Australian Dollars -- onselling to dealers at AUD$95,000 and the dealers would sell them to customers at AUD$140,000! So in effect, I would get a AUD$140,000 car for AUD$80,000.

Just wondering if anyone in the know could confirm if these figures sound about right for the prices each respective individual in the chain (wholsesaler, dealer and customer) will pay for the car. His not a guy that talks sh!t, but that definitely seems like a massive difference between what the wholesaler pays and what the customer ultimately pays.

Im interested in purchasing a black-tip (reef?) shark. Anyway, Im right at the verryyyy start of the research im doing into it, but thus far im at a 2000g tank would be big enough. Any opinions on this guys? Or, maybe what you recommend in terms of the minimum specs. for construction?

I recently got a new Pioneer CD player for my Commodore (im Australian!) because my last **** itself. Anyway, got it all wired up no worries.. a few snips here, couple of clips there, and its hooked up no worries. But, I have a problem. The CD player doesnt remember the preset radio stations? If I turn it off then turn it back on a couple of mins later, itll be ok and remember the presets. But if i turn it off, and maybe turn it on a couple of hours later it wont remember them.. any ideas?

Alright, Ive been hearing a song a bit around lately. Its a kind of new song.. probably released in the last month. The only thing I can remember is that the word 'walking' is in the title. Its kind of a pop/urban type song. Anyone help??

Well.. this is a weird question but anyway. I have a pic of me and some mates on msn.. and its an awesome pic! Its saved on my msn, so i can always get it. Problem is, i cant find it on my computer. Anywhere. So, my question - is there anyway to get my picture from my MSN to my computer, in its full size?

Im a bit new to chemistry and need some help, so yea, hope someone can send me in the right direction. On a website that im using in conjunction with my textbook, a problem is - How many grams of ferric oxide, Fe2O3, are formed from the reaction of 5.00 g of iron metal with excess oxygen gas? After balancing the equation, and converting into moles.. it gives the equation.. (.0895 - 1 Fe mol/1) x (2 mol Fe2O3/4 mol Fe) which equals .04476 mol Fe2O3. I hope your following still.. so, my question is.. from that equation, how do they get .04476? All help is appreciated.

I've got an issue with the knuckle of my middle knuckle. Its pretty badly bruised and really swollen. But, the issue is that it isnt in line with the other knuckles on my hand.. its set back about 2cm or so. The whole area, including parts of the other two surrounding knuckles, is swollen and a bit colorful. Theres no pain with movement; more just a weird, numb, feeling. It is painful when training though. So.. anyone got any ideas?
