I am brewing a porter. It is day two and the fermentation is so strong and powerfull that it filled the airlock! I have cleaned it out twice but it keeps filling up! I tried a blow off tube but i don't have anything to fit the hole tight enough! is it okay to just leave it and keep cleaning it out.

I am new to brewing beer... so here it is. Where is the best place to get cheap extract kits for 5 gallon batches? I live in the US/pennsylvania.

I brewed my first batch of beer last night from extract. I am brand new to this and as such i have a few questions. First, after the boil was done and i was cooling the wort i realized that the wort is alot darker than when i first started. Is this bad? Second, after dumping it into the primary fermenter i had to wait until the next day to take an og reading and pitch the yeast. Is this going to spoil the beer? The og is exactly where it is suppose to be...1.041.

My wife is nine months pregnant and she is just miserable. She can not get comfortable and can not sleep well. Her back and everything hurts. What can i do to help? I already rub her for hours a night, I gave her my pillows (went out and bought more and then ended up giving them to her), I wait on her hand and foot and I take walks with her. What else can I do? I have a small boxwood bonsai that is very healthy. I have one concern, on the soil top, not in the soil, there seems to be some sort of white fluffs growing that looks almost like little hairy grains of salt. I have no clue what this is where as none of my other plants have it. The soil has excellent drainage and i water it correctly. (when the soil starts to dry I rewater it) I just repotted it. How do i get ride of it and is it harmful?

We moved out of our old apartment 3 months before our lease was up so we had to get a subleter. So far she has been late on her first payment and her second was due today and i still do not have it. With the 1908 is a british crown and a few crosses. It is very old and i would just like to know what it is and how much it is worth. There are two of them. The other one has not one marking on it.
