Why does it say insufficient storage on blackberry?

im tryin to put music on blackberry using the bb desktop manager and when i go to the music section - im new to this- it say music cant be synchronized and your device has insufficent storage to sync media and - no i dont want to get a media card - and what do i have to do and how
