Name of Winter pants to wear over office pants.?
I am looking to buy the kind of outer pants to wear over my office pants. I always wear khaki or dress pants into my office, and during the winter, the temperature is unbearable to my legs. Similarly to how you can wear a heavy jacket over your dress shirt, I was wondering if there is a pants version out there.
Can someone point me in the right direction to buy one of these. I just need the name of the clothing, so I can start googling it.
Thanks!!

ok i have a question....
y=4x^2-4x+21 --> 4(x-1/2)^2... i have trouble finding the k... do i square the 1/2 first then multiply by 4 or the other way around? i know its 20 so i assume squaring the 1/2 first then multiply by 4...
but here it contradict...
y=1/2(x^2+4x-2) --> y=1/2(x+2)^2... i square the 2 first then multiply by 1/2 (the same rule as i used in the first problem) but it turns out to be wrong since k is actually -3 and not -4...
what is the actual steps?

Amaranth is a type of vegetable commonly grown in Asia, West Africa and the Caribbean. When amaranth plants are grown in rows, the height that the plants attain is a quadratic function of the spacing between plants within a row. According to one study, the minimum height of the plants, about 16cm, occurred when the plants were spaced about 27cm apart. The study also found that the plants grew to about 20cm when spaced about 40cm apart. Write a quadratic model giving the plant height h as a function of the spacing s.
