I have been garnishing a person that rented from me, he did 10,000 worth of damage, and did it on purpose. I have the conversation documented, however he filed bankruptcy, and my attorney sent me a statement saying that the court put a stay on the garnishment. Is there anyway I ll be able to recover the remainder of the judgement??? I only received 3 small checks thus far!

And they left alot of their items sitting on the porch of the duplex, they never gave a key back to the previous owner. What are my rights as the new owner/landlord? Do I have the right to remove the items from the property???? or what should I do??? Keep in mind this tenant has not lived in the apartment for 2 weeks, and has done a lot of damage to the property.

My ex has paid 419 dollars to me in 6 years for 3 kids, he is ordered to pay 300 per month. He is over 16,000 in arearages, and the local child support office basically told me there is nothing they can do because he is self employed and pays when he can. Although I know for a fact that he is self employed and makes $60,000 a year. All of his assets are in his fiancee's name. Child support enforcement agency in Ohio is trying to make me out to be the bad person, told me to stop calling because there is nothing they can do, and that the arearages do not matter. ????????? I dont understand how they can be so heartless towards me, and my children someone anyone please give me some good legal advice ... Thanks!!!

Last year we have the local cable company, we could watch the TIgers, Indians, and reds all play. This year we have Dish Network and we pay extra for 22 different teams, and they block out all the games except the Indians. I cant stand the Indians they suck, so my question is Are these blackouts only on the Satelite dish companies?? Because I have friends that still have the local cable and they are able to watch the Tigers still, and the reds also.. But for some reason Dish network could not give me an honest answer either.. Someone that knows the truth please HELPPPP!!!!

Okay last year my score was 972 and I had to pay quite a bit out of pocket, this year both of our incomes are much less and I have 4 exemptions to claim. Is that why it is 0?? Myself and my fiancee live together with our two kids, they are currently all dependent on my income. My EFC was 892, and I was told that is how much I have to pay, that didnt make much sense to me because the way I understood that was the number used to determine if I was able to get a Pell Grant. I understand that liberal democrats are the less educated, so my question is why do they keep claiming that when a republican is running on cutting taxes, the democrats try to say they cut taxes for the rich? I know the democrats think that anyone making more the 10,000 a year is rich, since the tax cuts we mostly for the middle, and very low class(which is mostly democratic voters) . Its hard to believe they wouldnt want tax cuts, it helps their base, but it's funny how all the Democratic candidates want to raise taxes on the middle and low class.
