I just fell asleep and started dreaming only for 10 minutes tops and it was a very light sleep, so light in fact my eyes were open near the end but I couldn't move at all as hard as I tried I knew where my hands were but didn't know how to move them, and I tried to talk but I couldn't, so to wake myself up I had to make my breathing heavier until it got intense enough to wake me up, it was horrifying, what is this?

I have recently come back from reading festival and at night I hear a constant ringing and when I focus on it my body goes into a state of shock where the noise gets significantly louder, my heart rate increases and I m forced to jump up and open my eyes and I also noticed my fist clenches, I also feel a lot more scared of the dark however I have never been scared before and I m now 18, the black just seems a lot blacker and the ringing is irritating me and makes me feel as if something is there, what s wrong with me?

The song is Original Don by Major Lazor but I'm looking at the flosstradamus remix, My first thought would have been dubstep but I'm not exactly sure if some people may class it as something else?

I am considering stretching my ear to a 3mm, it's only small but it's all I want, I don't want to go too big, I'm just wondering if it will go back to the size of an earring and if it will, how long it will take, or if it will not go back to normal at all.
