i was at spring awakening music festival in chicago over the weekend and on sunday, the last night, i met my soul mate. problem is that she lives in illinois and i live in kentucky. i'm currently dating someone else and i only met the illinois girl for a day so i don't want to ruin what i have for something that may be impossible to work out. i do want to add the soul mate on facebook but i don't want her seeing that i am currently in a relationship and lose interest. but i really have to add her so that i don't lose touch with her. long distance stuff is hard

how would i make my relationship status visible to my girlfriend but not to anyone else? i know i can block ppl from seeing it but i'd have to add the girl first and if that happened she'd see i have a gf...

i'm looking for a camera that has good quality picture and video for a decent price. something under 200 bucks would be ideal. the most important part of the video aspect is the audio. i need something that has good audio. my old camera would take video and the audio aspect sounded like nothing but static and a faint beat because there was so much loud music the mic couldn't handle it.

what i am NOT looking for is a large bulky camera. i want something i can slip into a back pocket at a concert. larger cameras aren't allowed at many concerts and festivals without special permission.

with all of this in mind what are some good camera options for me

i'm typing a research report and i need to cite references within the paper. some of these journal have multiple authors. two authors is no big deal, but when it comes to three authors i don't want it to say (Reardon, Payan, Miller, 2008) is this the opportunity to use (Reardon et. al. 2008) i just want it to look more professional

my jade plant is withering. the leaves are still plump and green but the base of the stems where they meet the soil is weak and bending. limp and hanging over the edge. the widest of the stems is probably 3/4 of an inch and is limp. one of the other base stems fell off at the soil level from the lack of the stem to support the leaves and plant above it. please help! it all started when i tried to propagate one of the small shoots near the base of the stem. cut it off, then all of a sudden, within 3 days, that side of the plant went limp. week later the other side fell over as well

please help, the plant is really old and i don't want it to die

so i dated this girl for two years in high school. we broke up my freshman yr in college. loved her to death. gorgeous girl, great sex, but the girl was absolutely psychotic. loved her but she was crazy. last time i talked to her was 3 yrs ago, i was dating someone at the time and if i recall correctly she was engaged to someone and was getting married. there is a snowballs chance in hell that the relationship lasted, if i haven't mentioned it yet, she was crazy.

so i've been thinking about her recently. not in the lets get back together way, more like i loved her i want to see how she's doing in her life, if she's still married if that's working well. if she has kids, how's life treating her, etc.

the question is: so i really want to call her. however because it's several years i don't remember her cell phone however i do remember her parent's house phone number. (back in the day when people actually had home phones) would it be weird to call her parents? ask something like "hey is *girl* home? this is *my name* i forgot her phone number and i just wanted to say hi and see how she's doing, its been a long time since we've talked and i just wanted to drop her a line do you think i could get her phone number?"

what would your opinion be? what should i ask? i feel awkward because i'd be calling her parents but i have no other way to get a hold of her

any advice or better ways of asking her parents would be much appreciated. mind you im 23 so i'm not some little 19 yr old college sophmore

this has happened to me several times along with many of my friends. things like cocaine, adderall, molly/extacy, can all have a negative impact on a hard-on. once i was in chicago, took an adderall so i wouldn't fall asleep on the 5hr drive up there, got to a bar later that night, met a chick and went to her place and even tho she was begging me to have sex with her i couldn't get it up. same kind of thing happened a few weeks ago. i was on a bunch of molly all night, met a girl, went to have sex later and same thing happened. we weren't able to have sex til 4pm the next day when it had worn off. not only is it a disappointment for myself and the girl but it's definitely an ego blow and a little embarrassing when you can't perform

second part of my question is: is there any way to counteract the effects of this? i'm going to a concert in a few weeks with a girl and i don't want a bunch of molly/extacy preventing a wild afterparty if you catch my drift...

any help/info would be appreciated

i went on his website and it says he's playing a show on December 10 in Columbus, OH. It didn't have a link on his website to buy tickets but it had a link to the venue. I went to the venue website and it didn't list him as playing. I called the venue and they confirmed that he was playing Dec. 10. They said the tickets were through a 3rd party or something and that to order advanced tickets I gotta get them online somewhere. i saw tiesto live in columbus last night and he put on one of the most incredible shows i have ever seen. he played fantastic music all night and had some remixes that were out of this world awesome. is there anywhere i can buy/download his live performance music?

so my youtube won't work. it all started last night. i had been on it earlier in the day, came back later to listen to a song and boom, won't work. page loads fine, everything except the video. its just a dark box, no play button or anything. its weird tho because if i click on a link that someone has on their facebook for example i can view it. what is wrong with it???

i saw it in the movie "tombstone" the other day. doc holiday is replying to someone's challenge and he says "i'm ya huckleberry." and recently i saw an episode of american pickers and when finally negotiating on a price the man states a price and mike says "i'll be your huckleberry, i can do that" and agrees on the price. where does this phrase come from and what does it mean? i'd like to know, plus if i wanted to use it i'd like to be able to know in what context to use it so i don't look like an idiot

so i have this jade plant, the thing used to be pretty damn big and sprawled out. when i was moving apartments my mom dropped it and broke the pot and lost some of the plant. i had been wanting to trim it up for awhile to encourage some vertical growth so after re-potting it i took the opportunity to cut some of the limbs off it. i cut it back pretty drastically. it kept doing well for awhile but in the last month its been drooping and withering. i'm so upset, i've had this plant for 4 yrs now. i don't want to see it die!

any suggestions of what i should do to help it and boost some growth would be awesome

quick update, the tallest vertical part drooped and bent the trunk of it and i had to cut it because it was dying. it is now basically four 4in nubs coming from the soil

i see all these commercials for it on tv. like you can get a flatscreen in this auction for like 200 bucks compared to 3000. basically anything for dirt cheap. i went to the website (didn't sign up) and it has all these auctions for things and they are insanely cheap. too good to be true. and most of the time if its too good to be true it isn't.

so my sister and i got it to work the other day. it turned on just fine and we played little big planet, turned it off, night over. so in the morning it was being played and ten minutes in it shut off.

from then on it will not eject the game or turn on. the red power light will be on but when we try to turn it on it first turns green, then yellow, then beeps and flashes red

help! we are on christmas vacation and the sooner it works the better

oh and it is plugged into a flatscreen with hdmi cable, all the connections are ok
