I have not seen my friend, a white man, for about two years. I saw him today and his skin had turned completely black. If I had met him on the street I would have guessed he was Indian. What can cause a white person's skin to turn black all over? He is dying from a metastatic melanoma and the change is no doubt related to either the melanoma itself or the treatment he is receiving. OK. I stuffed up. I recorded a Quicktime movie today while holding the camera on its side. Of course I often take photos with the camera on its side, and it's a simple matter to rotate the photo 90 degrees so it's the right way up. But I've just viewed the movie I recorded, and of course it's on its side. Is there any way that I can rotate it so that it's the right way up? I'm using Quicktime 7.7.2.

There's a guy at our church who insists on standing in the doorway of our church and then touching our backs as we (my wife and I) enter. I really don't want to be rude to this guy, because he's otherwise a good man, but I really want him to stop doing it. Sure, the obvious answer is to ask him not to do it, and I'll do that if I don't come up with a better answer, but I know that will cause offense, so if there's any other way to get him to stop I'd love to know it.
