Idk what else to do besides post this here, no matter how hard I try I can't find a lawyer for him... order of protections are based upon a person's word. You need very little proof in these cases. My boyfriend had one put on him, he was with this woman for eight years,i have proof she LIED in the OP, had proof that she called him more than he called her, had proof that he owned a website- she claims she bought it and he was selling it to her employer for $2,000, we have emails of her inviting HIM over, some even asking for sex, and she even said on the stand that he had NEVER physically hurt her OR verbally threatened her. Why then is it STILL in effect? I dug into this woman's past...she ran away at 16, went out looking for sex while she was married (1st marriage), during the divorce didn't even go to it (or even try to get her kids), the woman dumped him after the guy refused to join The Way International (a "bible study" cult) where her mother is a high member. She ran away due to her mother @ 16, and always longed for her approval. She has a tendency to yell and throw things...but this woman put a "harassment" charge on him even though she has NEVER informed him to quit contacting her. I've looked it all up, and his story checks out. He doesn't care about seeing her anymore...he's more concerned about seeing his son. She IS guilty of fraud for lying on her Order of protection (which I CAN prove) but nobody will listen because I don't have a law degree. I NEED a lawyer

I can't find anything on toxic family members, so I'll give you details. I was 18 when I moved into my dad's house. I wanted 2 go to school, being that he was in the military and had the GI bill he could have sent me to school & not have to pay a dime. But instead he put me to work, I had no work experience and had frequent seizures. Due to my step mom I was never allowed to go anywhere and had very poor social skills. I got fired for not smiling enough and he kicked me out, I had seizures for the next five years. I found out (through divorce papers) later that he cheated on every woman he's married, and his mother even helped him cheat. NONE of my family spoke to me for the next five years and refused to offer me a place to go, though they had plenty of space. Then when I was 23 I got pregnant (currently my husband) I told my Gma the good news (dr said it'd be hard 4 me 2 get pregnant) My Gma said to get an abortion, didn't allow my boyfriend even on her front lawn the 1st time she met him and even asked me "are you sure it's his"? After the baby's born they all want to suck up 2 my bf & me 4 some reason, when they bump into my BF they ask how my son's doing. Dr. Phil called me, they wanted me and my dad to be on the show but they said he wouldn't return any of their calls. I said he can't see my son until he goes to counseling with me...he said he doesn't have the time...one hour out of the five days. I want to know that I did the right thing. My boyfriend still owed money of around 300$ during probation in probation fees. The court discharged him of his probation and now two years later they are trying to get the 300$ in probation fees after being discharged from probation. He got a letter in the mail from a collection agency saying that he owed 300$ in fines, (even though on the court records it says probation fees). He thinks that because he was discharged from probation that his probation fees should have disappeared with it too. But I've never been on probation so I don't know. Can anyone tell me if this is supposed to happen or not? Is he supposed to pay them or are the courts just back tracking on a decision they regretted to make and now are trying to pray on ignorance?

Been hacking up thick yellow phlegm EVERY SINGLE morning for the past YEAR.... I went to the allergist, he said I had symptoms of allergies, did an allergy test and found out I wasn't allergic to ANYTHING. EVERY SINGLE TEST NEGATIVE.... I've had straight allergy symptoms EVERY SINGLE DAY since my son was born....and there's NOTHING I can do about it. I can't TAKE THIS ANYMORE!!! Every day I wake up and have to hack up a huge wad of phlegm but there's NOTHING I can do about it! I HATE IT! can anyone tell me what's wrong?

I've tried Zertec, Zertec D, Nasal Rinse, nasal spray, muscinex....none of it has worked. What in the WORLD is going on? How am I just all of a sudden getting post nasal drip for the past 15 months straight, and not be able to do anything about it. Anyone have any ideas as to what's going on with me or what I can do to stop it?

I am 24, my little brothers are 6 and 4. I remember how my father bullied me and I still can't stand him. However, I went to my dad's house on a day that my brother's were visiting and I found that they were both with their heads down, quiet and didn't talk until they went upstairs. My oldest brother doesn't want to go to my dad's house when it's time for him to go, and after all the things he did to me I understand why. My brothers kept asking my boyfriend to go up there and play with them. My dad will not be open about his bullying, I KNOW him, and I KNOW the patterns due to being through it myself that the boys ARE getting bullied. My dad has serious anger issues, he turns red in the face if you don't be submissive to his wishes. I told him no once and he put me up against the wall and nearly choked me. I'm all about men's rights and so is my boyfriend, but this 'man' is a GREAT example of a HORRIBLE one. I need to know HOW can I help my ex-step mother, I can't have those boys grow up to be as abusive as him, his entire family is like that not just him. Even my sister won't speak to him. It's a BIG thing when even my boyfriend, who is an MRA member, says he's one of the few jerks that make other guys look bad. I have to get these boys away from that family, or else they'll be popping meth like their aunt, cheating and using women like their father and uncle, and be just as manipulative as their grandmother.

I am a stay at home mom, my memory has been depleting over the past few years due to unmedicated epilepsy (now controlled) so I decide to try out the Luminosity.com thing so I can help my memory because it's getting extremely bad (to the point where I don't even remember the subject I was JUST talking about or what I said the sentence before). I get rid of my Ancestory account so that I won't overdo what we can afford. My boyfriend goes to work and I stay home, my car is broken down and I'm waiting for my disability hearing (which takes forever). A few weeks ago I got my boyfriend all seven seasons of Star Trek Voyager, because I know he loves it, and you can't find it anywhere. He already saw it and he was 'thrilled', he didn't really show it as much as I would have liked though but I could tell he was happy. He said, "I'm going to get you a gift" I said as long as you just don't pay more than what I spent on you and I'm cool with that" (it was around 170$ I spent)

He came home and I informed him that I closed my ancestory account and wanted the lumosity account instead because it would benefit me more and it was cheaper. He said, "yeah sure, sounds great go ahead and get it" so I join it, pay for a years worth (which is only around 60$ a year) and after I finish doing that off my own card he says..."There you go that's your gift from me". The thing is...that wasn't a gift, I traded that website for another, cheaper one. He didn't put any effort into thinking about it, didn't put his 'heart' into it he just...claimed something that I bought as a gift from him. I bought it for myself on terms that it would medically help me.

Sure, it's technically his money, but the only reason I'm not working is

1.we have a 13month old

2.I have severe memory problems

3. I have BAD migraines

4. I've already TRIED with no success

5. I have a disability claim to where I'm not ALLOWED to work until it's through.

It's not the first time he's done it either, that's the thing that gets to me.

A week ago My battery was completely drained of energy, we had to get jumped three times before we got to a battery place. I know there's a voltage leak in the car somewhere. However, when we took it to an auto place they claimed the computer couldn't find where the voltage leak was. But I don't think they really thoroughly looked. What are some ways I could find where the voltage leak may be coming from and how can I resolve the problem?

I have two windows that are improperly installed. The landlord claims that they will REPLACE them, however, we've been waiting two months for that to happen. Our toilet is also leaking water, although it's been "fixed" twice already (by the same armature person) it STILL leaks horribly to the point where the place behind it is soaked. The doors leak water as well when it rains, they said they'd fix that as well, however, has not done so. There's a hole in the corroded bathtub near the drain, they claimed that they'd come by this morning at 10am but before noon, however, it's 40 minutes past 10am and there has been no phone call saying they are coming over. We also asked if there were roaches, she claimed "no there aren't" however, but then I come to find roaches in the kitchen so many months afterwards. She claimed she'd come over to spray, and then she never came. I'm tired of this, Sure I only pay 435$ a month, however, I shouldn't have to pay anyone until they do the things they say they will. We've faxed this women, left messages on her phone, and called her, she claims to do things and never does it. She is a property manager, however, she is the one who collects the rent. It is almost winter, we need those windows replaced. Not only that but the heating system is not connected to the kitchen and the floor vent is an open alley-way straight to the ground, I pointed that out and of course they said they'd fix it, and of course, they haven't. Do I have a right to with hold rent until at least SOME of these are fixed?

I noticed that there's a horrible smell like sewage. However, it's coming from around my gas furnace, but the thing is...the pilots not lit, and the fans are turned off. I am very confused. I checked the plumbing and there are P-traps on all sewage openings around that area. I live in a trailer and have only lived here for about a month. The smell showed up once before then left, but then showed up again and it's been two days in a row that it has lingered. There's no pipe leakage inside the house, or around where the pipes are, but when I get to that furnace which is only a few feet away from those pipes (the pipes won't smell AT ALL) it smells AWFUL! We have a carbon detector right next to the thing, it's working fine but it's not going off. I don't know what it is, I wanted to ask before I called a professional in. I shouldn't have to live in a place that literally smells like ****!

Let's say you are a female and you have a kid with the guy you are living with. You threaten the guy that you and the baby will leave. Doesn't matter what you say you'll leave for just that you and the child will be gone. The man has had two women take away his children before. Both were unjust takings and both mothers DID screw him over. One woman being white trash him not knowing it, and the the other woman's mother tried to drag them into a cult (succeeding with her daughter). With these experiences in his head. You grab his wrists and place your head on his and tell him to calm down...he didn't hear you and bites your hand. Afterwards he shows remorse and puts ice on it. Is this emotional response justified means to bite your hand or should you call the cops on him?

Is it illegal for a woman to take the children (just because she believes she's entitled to) during a relationship and disappear without a trace until the court date, to establish custody? Isn't it the other parent's right to have contact with their children? And even if they have contact, is it legal for a woman to take the children out of their home to a hotel when the father has done nothing wrong and also objects to the children leaving? To take the children because she is not comfortable, is to make the children uncomfortable, abuse the man and use children as leverage over the man to get what she wants...yet for some reason in America we view this as 'normal' even if there's nothing wrong. Remember, all this is BEFORE custody is established. Do women really think they're just entitled to custody? Women complain that they're not treated like "equals" but when you keep up with sex role labeling, then you're never going to get anywhere. Believing that a woman is entitled to take the kids when it's uncalled for, is a label stating women still play the roll of taking care of the kids.

I have a 1994 Mercury Sable, I filled the tank up yesterday it showed that there was 11gallons when filled from empty. I checked the trip odometer before I filled the tank (I reset it when I filled it two weeks prior to yesterday) and it said 153.6 miles on it. When doing the math, it means I am only getting 13 miles to the gallon and it is burning up in two weeks. We had it checked earlier for leaks at a car-repair shop and they said there weren't any leaks. We had to replace the battery and it showed that there was a voltage leak. However, the car may be old, but the prior owner (an older man) never used the car and it only had 47,000 miles on it. It also had a complete written history of battery replacement, oil changes, and repairs. I just don't understand how I'm only getting 13miles per gallon and having to spend at least 39$ every two weeks to fill it. Anyone have any suggestions as to what's going on?
