We have been together for about 4 years, and we have a 8 month old baby. He is a lot older then me and is "stuck in his ways". We have lived together for a year and a half. And I love him so much but it seems we fight over the dumbest things, and I really hate the way he talks to me most of the time. I have 3 older children that live with us and I don't want them to think it is ok to treat people the way he treats me, but I don't want my youngest son to grow up with out his dad. And I really do love him and want to make this work. What can I do to change the way he talks to me, or is it a lost cause and I should just cut my ties?

My b/f who lives with me had his family over for Thanksgiving, his grandson was playing with my oldest son's PSP and now my son is missing 2 games a memory stick and a cable all worth about $100, my oldest son was not home at the time (he left earlier with his aunt) and he had his game picked up and on the shelf where it belonged, and my youngest son gave it to the boy to play. He has been known to steel before, never from me. But his parents are the type who thinks he can do no wrong, and my b/f said that it was my sons fault for letting him play with it, which made me very upset. I was thinking about going a filing a police report do you think this is to extrema, and will it even do any good?

Sara Palin has been quoted as saying"Those clothes are not my property, they belong to the RNC,They will be returned or donated to charities". In reports the RNC spent $75,062 at Neiman Marus, $49,425 at Saks Fifth Ave., $4,902 at Atelier( men's store) and $92 for an infant romper. How can anyone justify spending that much money on clothing?

Our divorce was final August 8, 2008. He has 5 items in my house he was awarded, it was ordered that I was to release these things in a timely fashion. He has made arrangements 3 times to pick them up I have them boxed up waiting for him in my living room and all 3 times he has come up with an excuse not to show, do I have to keep holding on to them or can I just set them out the next time he says he is coming and what ever happens to them happens?

A judgment of default was ordered against me, for not filling an appearance form, I showed up to every court date but didn't have the $175 fee to file, because of this my ex husband was granted sole custody of our 3 children, He is very neglectful about there care and I am worried about there safety, I can not afford to hire an attorney but need help, even if it is just advice on what I should do. does anyone know where I can go to get free legal aid on custody issues, or county's legal aid department does not get involved with any family court.

We were both adopted from diffrent families. Our mom past away in September, and sence then he has been wanting to find his birth mother. I feel like in doing so he is trying to replace my mom. Am I wrong for thinking this, and should I be more supportive of his choice, even thow I feel it is wrong? He has never brought up the idea of finding his birth parents before and is 31 years old, why does he need to now that my mom is gone, in your opionion is he disrespecting her ?

This has been a very hard pregnancy for me, in the past year my mom has past away, and I am in the middle of a very messy divorce. I am felling very alone my soon to be ex husband wants nothing to do with the baby which is fine because he is very abusive and hateful, but this is my 4th child and I found out I was pregnant 2 weeks after my mom passed. She was the best grandmother in the world, and I am so glad my older kids got to know her . But I feel like such a failure as a parent because my baby has no one but me and I feel like I don't messure up, to what he needs, I never really knew my father and my husbands parents don't believe this is there grandchild and also want nothing to do with him. I was very close to my grandmother until she passed in may of last year and could not even dream of growing up with out her, and all I can think about is my poor baby has no one. I feel really enbarrest to talk to my doctor about this what should I do, will this feeling go, if so when?

My mom died in september, so I knew that this time of year would be hard. But now that it's time to have my baby, and it being mother's day it is all just to much. I have three older children who have also been very sad about not having there Grandma around. And keep saying how sad it will be that the new baby will not have any grandparents. How can I keep my self from crying at every tv show or ad, or just walking threw the store and seeing mothers day cards and gifts? People have to think I crazy, plus I want to be strong for my kids.

My son is doing a science fair project on arches and he needs to cut 3 eggs in half. they say to use a triangle file which I can't find any were. any ideas on how htis can be done with out the shell craking in to tiny pieces?

I have a 11, 10, and 8 year old, and am pregnant. My 3 older children are by my ex-husband and I have been with my boyfriend for a while. we are having a baby soon. My kids like my boyfriend and get along with him good, but there father is telling them that they shouldn't love my baby who is not even here yet because it is not there true brother. THis is making my kids feel horriable, what should I do I have tried talking to my ex and he says he can tell his kids what ever he wants. PLEASE SOME ONE HELP!

I have been taking care of my mom's cat for 6 months sence she past away, the cat is 19 years old. He has not been eating, he has stopped using his liter box, and hides all the time. Am I being selfish keeping him alive to have something close to her, or is he acting the way he is because like all of us he misses her?
