  • How to fix inconsistent water temperature in shower?

The water in the shower will start off fine, but then after a short while will get freezing cold and then scalding hot before returning to the comfortable temp it was set for. After a while it will do it again. Continues for the whole shower. Which takes longer due to having to hide in the corner to avoid freezing or burning! This happens at night too when no one else is up, so its happens when no other faucets are running or toilets flushing. What could potentially be the cause and how to fix it? Any help appreciated!

  • Has anyone tried Vivid brand of Condoms? Guys - favorite brand to use?

I read that they have a little bit wider base so they are more comfortable for some people. I was just wondering if anyone's tried them and liked them? Or had any problems with them?

Guys often complain about how condoms reduce how much they can feel during sex. Are you able to feel more or less with different kinds of condoms or brands? Like does Trojan ultra thin give you a little bit more sensation than Trojan ribbed. Can you feel more usng a Durex than a Lifestyle?

I want to make using condoms more physically comfortable / appealing to my boyfriend. We haven't tried very many kinds yet, and we don't have a lot of disposable income to play with to just go buy a huge variety. What works for you?!

  • Transfer music from my iphone to my computer?

    Your Resolved Question

    Show me another »

My ex bf gave me his old iphone when we were dating. The screen cracked when he dropped it, and he didn't want to use it anymore. I don't care about that so its mine now.

He has allot of songs on it that I really like and would like to move to my laptop so I can transfer to other devices and create back ups etc. I can't access his itunes as I don't have a password for that. i doubt he'd share that with me even if I asked.

I have the cord for the iphone, and I plug it into my laptop, but the only thing I seem able to access is pictures.

In iTunes if I click to sync with my laptop, it says the phone is synced with his acct., and would I like to erase all the music from the phone in ohis rder to sync with this computer. I don't want to lose the music. Thats kind of the point.

What's a way I can transfer the music?

  • Cooking with Large eggs vs. regular size eggs?

What do I need to know? My bf went grocery shopping and came back with Large Organic farm eggs. The brown ones. I love that he thought to get organic, but what am I going to do with a dozen large eggs? I don't eat them that often. I just need two for brownies.

    ______________________________________________________

    Which leads to my question-

***if the back of the brownie box calls for two eggs....what's the equivalent in large eggs?***

Am I still good to go ahead and use two? Should I use only one large egg instead?

  • Problem with suv Steering Wheel?

What is up with my car?!!

The steering wheel is sort of hiccuping/ locking up during turns - which means I can't drive it. It makes a weird buzz noise right before it catches each time. The other day (before it decided to be undrivable) the radio flickered off during the last couple of turns on my way home. All seems fine until I try to turn the steering wheel. wth?

Btw I drive a 2004 Saturn Vue with all wheel drive.

  • My cat is urinating more than she used to?

I have a 12 year old female tabby cat. We feed her dry food.

Recently we've noticed she's been peeing allot more. I don't think she's making frequent trips to the litter box, but the amount of urine is more. The clumps in the litter box are much bigger than I've seen before, from any cat. The frequency is difficult to pinpoint because she's an indoor/outdoor cat. She likes to spend lots of time outside on the deck, but she can go do in the yard when ever she wants.

I'm a bit worried. What could it be? I'm going to make an appointment with the vet. I'm worried now though, and I would like to know what I should expect.

  • When the washing machine switches cycles why does the toilet bubble up?

Our laundry machines are in the basement. There's a bathroom right next to the laundry room. It appears to have been created by the previous owner. Not sure if they did it themselves or if they paid a contractor. (hope they didn't pay anyone the shower doesn't look like professional workmanship.)

Anyway, about a week ago while I was doing laundry I heard strange noises coming from the restroom. I thought the toilet was backing up or something. In stead it was just making gurgling noises with bubbles coming up out of the bowl. →water was clear. I flushed it, everything went fine, and it returned to acting normal. No more noises or anything.

Couple of days ago same thing happened (when the the laundry switched cycles from wash to rinse) .....only it completely backed up / over flowed, and the water was dirty.

Haven't done laundry for two days. Tonight I tossed in a small load and the toilet bubbled again. Clear water this time. I flushed it to see if that would work again. It didn't. It tried to over flow so I elevated the bulb in the tank and shoved a rag under the lever attached to it to keep it raised so the water won't run. Toilet's not doing anything now.

I just want to know why my laundry seems to be affecting my toilet? Cause I'm pretty sure that's not supposed to happen. Any ideas?

  • Appropriate attire for job interview with Target? Overnight position?

I'm interviewing for a temporary position where I'll be working over night. I don't know yet if its exactly "seasonal." On the phone the hiring manager said that it was a temporary position. The store is going to be doing some renovation / construction. They need people available at night to move merchandise from one area of the store to another. Anyway the whole thing is while the store is closed.

I'm thinking if I dress up that it'll be too much. I don't know though that I need to wear the target uniform because I'll be working at night when the store is closed. Obviously if the don't say anything about it I'll be asking at the interview, but that still give me no idea what I should wear *to the interview.

I know I need to be presentable without being over dressed. I'm pretty sure I'm a shoe in for the job I just don't want to look stupid or feel awkward. (I live in the midwest and its winter now so whatever I wear needs to be warm.) Ideas? Suggestions?
