When I upload my pictures to my computer the pixels are rather large. It's like 3k+ by 1.5K How can I set it so when I take a picture they aren't so large?

A friend is mine is being bullied on Twitter, this guy makes a new account each day to rip her about her weight. She obviously does the blocking feature and has stopped going on there, but he still does it every day and when she does go on theres a list of hate filled tweets directed towards her. When I take video on my camera and take the SD card from it and put it in my computer and click play video it won't play.

Sorry for the lack of knowledge on this subject, but he have a light on the ceiling and when its switched off it's still giving off 62 and when its on 118. We tested out the light switch, we bought 3 different ones and the one we started with. We switched the wires and its still doing it. The meter is working fine to, we tested it on other plugs. My dad says its bad that when the light is turned off that its still giving off electricity. We've tried a lot of stuff and still nothing does anyone have any ideas?

I got a Dell computer from my aunt, I brought it home, plugged it all in, turned it on and the only thing that happened was the light blinked. No fan, nothing on the computer screen. I opened it up and on the mother board there was a light on. Does anyone have any ideas?

My dad took his laptop out of town, when he came back he usually connects right away. Now it won't fulled connected, it says connected with limited access. It won;t go on and I've tried several things and no luck, can anyone help me out please?

My dad was in China and came back and asked me to upload some pictures on my computer and send them to him. He had them on a USB flash drive, he said he had passed it around to several people there. Ever since then anytime I put in a memory card/stick theres a trash bin and a folder with some weird files that won't open up. I have a brand new flash drive and it even has it. I've never seen them before on the cards, but now ever since I used my dads card on my computer ther are there.
