we have a boss at our company the thing is that if you tell him that we need 20 computers he will say no we don't need.

the fact is that he's like you can't say to him we need it you have to tell something to him that he thinks that it's a need for the company.

so what do you guys think!

I'm actually starting online real estate business and i have no idea how to advertise that the most important point is that i'm actually one of the first people who is starting the online real estate business in my country so may people have no idea that you buy houses online! so i need a effective way to advertise.and i have another question. can i start this all alone? i mean being a broker and a agent and stuff might be little hard but i have to it all alone for a while. until i have enough money to hire agents and stuff..
