Just wondering. I'm 25, known my current bf for 9 years, been together for 4. I've got a full time job that pays decently, live in a nice neighborhood, the bf is about to graduate with his bachelor's and I think its time to start a family. Still nervous though. I don't know what people will think, am I starting too soon, too late? And what if I'm not a good mother? Is this normal thinking?

So I know how to cross stitch, and I know how to quilt, but how to put them together? Is there a special fabric I'm supposed to use, or do I just use my cross stitch as my squares?

There's this guy who my work couldn't hire because its required that the cashiers make announcements every half hour advertising a product. They are also required to ask if the customer wants to buy the item of the week. He said he couldn't do that because he was a Jehovah witness. Is this true or was he just trying to get out of doing his job? If so why?

Me and my mother have a roommate situation right now as neither of us make enough money to live in a good neighborhood alone. I really don't want to have to live in the ghetto and don't want that for her either but I'm having a problem living with her smoking. I have terrible allergies and respiratory problems which may or may not be related to her smoking when she was pregnant with me and around me as a child. I can't stand being in the general vicinity of cigarettes. I've tried to get her to smoke outside and she just says she's already cutting back on smoking.

Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do or say to get her to stop smoking around me? I have an air filter but it doesn't help much.

He finishes with his bachelor's in English next year, I don't have a degree (hopefully will get an engineering one eventually). I was wondering what the job market is like, particularly in Irvine or San Francisco for people with and without degrees and what the cost of stuff is? I know its more expensive then upstate ny where I am now but not sure how much more. Here rent is about $500-600 for 2 bedroom not including utilities. And are utilities normally included in rent in cali?

My cat, Romeo, died yesterday and u can't stop crying. He went very unexpectedly, was chilling with him one moment, the next he went into a seizure and was gone within a minute. I miss him so much, he was more important to me than most people and I keep hoping to wake up and find that this was a bad dream. How do I deal with this?

I don't want to take medicine because I'm afraid it will mess up my stomach more. I ate a ton of sugar and cried a lot today, so I think that's the cause of it. Ate there any tricks for getting rid of stomach and headaches?

I like shojo romance comedies like absolute boyfriend, love hina, and fruits basket but also like ones like highschool of the dead, death note, and remote so my range is pretty wide.
