Without having my name on the title deed, what legal alternative options are available to reflect my part ownership of the property and that in event of future sale, I am entitle to my lawful part of the proceeds ? Welcome any suggestions on practicable and viable alternatives.

I am 23 years old, my PR status was obtained as a dependent when my parent became PR under the Contributory parent visa. For courses at degree level, the fees are different for international and local students. My brother who is a sponsor for my parent's PR visa has a 10 years sponsorship bond with the Australian government. Without breaching the terms of the sponsorship bond, such as having to repay Centrelink at a later stage, what fees would I be paying ?

Will stay with relative in Glenwood and study law in city.

Apart from tuition fees and rental, what should a student provide for other weekly costs of survival ? Any input on cost of books for law degree per year also appreciated.

I read some where that the fridge consumes about 60% of an average household electricity. I am trying to cut energy bill cost and is thinking of switching off the fridge for 3 to 4 hours per day. During this period of time, I will restrict opening and closing of the fridge door. Would this work ? Any other ideas to cut cost would be appreciated. TQ.

Its a gift from a grandfather to his grandchild. Now grandfather is gone and with grandchild relocated, he wishes to take along for sentimental reasons. I come across this job title and it sounds kinda chic. Anyone able to tell me more, like what is the basic criteria such as being strong in maths,etc. and what work that the job holder actually do. Others issues I would like to know are like what sort of money he earns, what potentials and alternatives are available ?

I've been told that now it is not uncommon for an engineering undergraduate to end up working in finance.

Is that a trend and how does one get into finance without finance/accountant formal training ?

I've been told that alpha lipid collustrum does wonder for high blood pressure. To the extent that taking it replaces need to take normal high blood pressure medication. Does it work ? Much appreciated if anyone could share their experience on this ? Thank you.
