I've had them for about more than a year now. I've been using salicylic acid ever since they appeared on my nose. I wash my face with salicylic acid in the morning and before I go to bed. I also put on non-oily lotion on my face that is suppose to prevent acne and breakouts. I usually take showers every day. Occasionally, I use nose strips, but they tend to reappear after about a day or two. What should I do? I know not to squeeze them out or use a remover because they cause "craters" and scars on your face.

I am in the process of sanitizing my tank after an outbreak of internal bacteria. There are no fish or organisms in my 5 gallon tank. I have added a 3/4 cup of aquarium salt, a small handful of sea salt, and I have added the recommended amount of Malachite Green to my tank. Is it sanitized? And can parasites die overtime without a host?

I am trying to make a planted tank with soil, but can I use the dirt from my backyard in my aquarium? My dirt from my back yard has no fertilizer, but my dirt is cracked and brownish-red, similar to the color of clay and it seems to contain minerals due to shiny particles inside the dirt.
