If you do a hard workout and your worked your muscles, why don't you feel pain until after you sleep?

I'm 13 and sometimes it feels like my knee is "out of socket". I relize this is not possible since the patella sits on two muscules, but i will be sitting in a chair on one leg and all of a sudden i try to move it and it hurts SO BAD. Its liek a severe sharp pain. Sometimes it lasts for 30 minutes and sometimes only a few. then ill move the patella with my hand and moving my knee and it will just go back and place and not hurt at all. I don't kow why this is. I do admit i dont get alot of calcium as the next guy. when this happends though its truley un bearable sometimes i cry or scream but its awful. any suggestions? answers?

i went on a tredmill and did 2 miles at 7 which is 7:30 minute miles then i burned 134 calories on the bike someone help meh add?

Okay so a week or so ago I bought two goldfish to replace my betta that died D:. It lived for 4 years, but now I have these two goldfish and I have them in a 1 gallon tank. I change their tank everyday so is it still okay to have them in that tiny thing?? I don't have a filter either. I know they poop alot, but I change it does that make it okay??

Please help me i was playing ball in ym room with a foam ball. The fan was gooing and it accidently hit my fan. One of the boards came off. (the metal part that connects it to the fan snapped off) and i was wondering what is the cheapest way to fix this. Is there just an extra panel i can buy or do i have to buy a whole fan PLEASE help me ASAP!!!!!!

ok so i was going to the athroom and my phine was on speaker and my elbow ht and nd DONTCHA KNOW it flys off the counter and into the toilet. help!! i pulled it out and im letting it dry on a towel and i rubed it liek 1,000 times on the outisde with clorox wipes to dienfect. will it work and BRAND NEW !!! and it was $30 that i gt fo rmy birthdya for my room and ill feel really ba dif it wont is ther any hope?

im 13 and i have had my beta for 4 years and latley i saw a red bump pointy thingcoming out form between his eyes and it seems like its causing him to move less hes been sinking to the bottom. he can barley go to the top to get a drink
