I'm afraid of losing a connection. My horse and I just kind of click, and I'm afraid that if I lease her out, someone is going to come along and kind of steal her away from me, not literally but emotionally. When i go up to the barn she comes to the gate and nickers to me and everything, and I'm afraid of going up one day and not having that, and having the person I'm leasing to steal that away. I'm only planning on leasing her out for three days a week max. I'm not explaining this very well, sorry. I have to lease her out though, to help with the cost. I'm also afraid that the new rider might ruin her. Any thoughts?

I just got a new pair of shoes for the new school year and I want to do a checkerboard design with the laces because I liked how it looked on my last pair of shoes. The problem is that the laces that came with the shoes are way to long to just stuff the excess into the shoe. I'm thinking of just cutting the laces shorter but then I lose the nice tip that they have and they might start to fray. Does anyone know how to make that tip once they are cut or how to prevent them from fraying?

I saw some chinchillas in Petsmart and I have been reading up on them and I'm pretty interested in getting one. Do you know what they need exactly and about how much it will cost? I have looked at Petsmart and Petco's websites and google but I would like to hear from someone who has more experience with them. If you could refer me to a good site or list some of the items that would be great.

Does anyone know where i can find the paper for this printer? I have looked in staples and bestbuy and walmart and none of the canon paper i find works on this printer. the paper i need has to be about 4 inches wide and 7 inches long, with tabs at the top and bottom that can be ripped off. Does anyone have the canon selphy cp 760 printer, and if you do where do you get your paper?

this week is midterm week (exams) in my school. i was in my math room taking the math exam and the teacher turned on the inauguration on his computer, most of the kids were finished but i was trying to fix some questions that were confusing me, and i couldn't concentrate. i didn't want to ask him to turn it off because there was a couple people watching it but i ran out of time and couldn't finish my questions. is it fair that i couldn't finish because he wanted to watch the inauguration, and should i say something to him? (by the way im a junior in high school)

So, I am a Junior in high school. All but one of my friends has had a boyfriend at one point or antoher. I wouldn't mind this except for the fact that whenever I like a guy he goes and asks one of my friends out. Its like, ok, but after a while it is really depressing. Now I am thinking that maybe there is something wrong with me, I mean I hang out with big group of kids and have had a crush on a couple of the guys, and then, like clockwork, they ask one of my friends out. Has this ever happened to anyone?

okay, so it I have a beta fish. He lives in a small 1 gallon tank, there is no filter because I clean the tank every 2 weeks. The water was easy to keep at optimum temperature during spring and summer, but now that the colder weather is rolling in the water is dropping down to the 50's and 60's. How can I keep the tank warm during the winter? Is there a cheap heater I can get or anything? To make matters worse, I also have a cat so I have to keep my door closed so that the kitty can't get the fish and this makes the room and tank even colder. I don't want the fish to die but the colder the water the less he eats and now he is looking really sick. I put in water at 80 degrees yesterday and this morning it had cooled to 60 degrees. What can I do?

ok, my parents have never wanted us to have an x-box or game cube or anything like that. when my brother turned 18 he bought one but was stolen after he moved out of state. All my friends have a playstation or a Wii and i really want one. i need a good argument to show my parents that they aren't bad and convince them to let us have one. any advice or websites that list pro's and con's?

well, there is this guy i like but we don't know each other that well, we hang out with the same group of people though. i like him and we have really similar personalities but he has dated a friend of mine and it didn't end well. every girl i hang out with thinks he is a bit of a jerk but i really don't see it. should i ask him to hang out sometime or just forget about it?

Does anyone know when the movie The Happening is going to come out on DVD?
