Is this logical? or am I going overboard?

I had a fence built about 3 weeks ago... I live in central florida and there has not been a lot of rain. The fence is wood picket(1X4'), with 4x4posts and 2X4 running boards all supposedly pressure treaten "yellawood".. I understand that wood is wood, and will behave like wood, but it is less then 30 days and 4 of the top running 2X4's are bowing outward very badly. Is this normal? The company that built the fence said not to stain/seal it for 60 days... I just need some advise before I call them back upset..( I didn't mention that they broke my neighbors sprinkler line too).

I live in central Florida and we hada few freezing nights in a row this winter. I have St Augustine grass, and 85% percent of it is back it it"s lush green after it's spring fertilizing(10 days ago). The other 15% is still a yellow/brown, but does not look dead... What can I do to make it all the lush beautiful green that it was last year?

I am in the process of purchaseing a new home. My credit is good, however my qualifying ratios are right on the edge. My loan officer said the loan was approved by her "desktop underwriter", but the application itself has been at the underwriter for 10 business days...Is that a good sign? or a not so good sign? the anxiety is killing me..
