Lucy in the Sky...
Can anyone name this song by this description?
There is a classic rock song that is from the 50's or 70's. I cannot remember it for the life of me, but in the song, the singer talks about how they want to live their life for themselves. Specifically in the chorus he mentions that i won't let him lead my life he can barely lead his own. Or something to that effect. Can someone help me???
1 AnswerLyrics1 decade agoHow can I teach my boyfriend to thrust faster?
I've started dating this guy who isn't as experienced as I am in bed. I'm working with a few issues here that I'm concerned about and want to know how to help him get better without bruising the ego. I need him to thrust faster for me to orgasm, however he can't go that fast and if he tries he comes too quickly or falls out. Plus if we're really trying too much and not thinking, he can start to go soft. How can I help him move his hips faster?

I created a slideshow to a song and its copyrighted so they took it down immediately. Why, though, are there songs up that I know are copyrighted yet done the same way as mine?
3 AnswersYouTube1 decade agoWhere can I find the special for That 70's show that aired after the 100th episode?
After they did the 100th episode, That 70's Musical, they aired a special that had interviews with the cast, the top ten viewer picks of episodes, etc. I haven't found all parts on youtube, although there is one 10 minute clip. Has anyone seen this episode anywhere? It supposedly doesn't come on the DVD for season 4 when it happened.
2 AnswersComedy1 decade agoWhat is your opinion about a political student group doing this?
Read or at least skim this article:
http://www.independentcollegian.com/news/college-r...
In this article it mentions the student group College Republicans creating a "directory" of professors who they feel have a liberal bias that affects the students in their class. Personally I feel that this is a bad idea as it doesn't sound like they have any standards set up to make sure these complaints against professors are legitimate. Also it just promotes being a victim rather than going to the professor to talk to them about how they feel or even if they aren't comfortable going to the professor, then going to the department head or the dean. It wouldn't matter to me if this situation were reversed and the College Democrats were doing it; its still a bad idea. What does everyone else feel about it? Would it change your opinion if it were College Democrats doing this with conservative bias professors?
11 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoWhy would Fox News Channel become the most watched cable news channel?
http://tvbythenumbers.com/category/ratings/top-new...
After looking at the numbers at the above website, it can be seen that Fox News Channel seems to be beating out other cable news networks like CNN and MSNBC. I don't know how to look up ratings over time, but I've heard that Fox News has not always been number one and this is a more recent happening.
Does anyone know why this may be the case? Does this sort of thing happen with changing of administrations and majority or does it have something to do with approval ratings of an administration, or something else? Or is this just something that happens?

If I was a pedestrian hit by a car and was injured, taken to the hospital, how long do I have before I can claim my medical bills on someone else's insurance since it was their fault?
6 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade agoDid America make such a big deal about the 2008 election back in 2005?
Here in 2009, when only about 6 months have gone into the presidency, there has been a lot of talk about the 2012 election. Who's going to run against Obama, will Obama be able to have his 8 years or will he give it up to the forerunner of the day...
Was there this much talk in 2005 about the election in 2008 as there has been recently about the 2012 election now in 2009? I was a bit younger and not much into politics back then to really have paid attention to this kind of discussion. I would appreciate any sources you can give me that may help support your answer, thank you!

When people ask what does "--------" mean in (insert language here), don't you wonder what is the context of whatever conversation they may be having with someone? Ever think of amusing ways to complete them? Any have some really good ones people wanted translated that they remember?
1 AnswerLanguages1 decade agoHelp! Mold growing on my bedroom wall!?
I live in a basement apartment in a rowhouse in DC. We've had issues with water on my outer wall in my bedroom that had been fixed, but I've noticed a large growth of black stuff on the wall which is mold. What is the best way for me to clean this off?
The wall is brick with many layers of glossy paint on it so I'm pretty sure I can go at it with a scrub brush. Would a mix of bleach and water be the best idea to clean this up or is there another product I should consider to really kill the problem??
6 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs1 decade agoWhy is my dog scratching on my bed and couch?
I've noticed that when my dog settles in for a good nap on my bed when I'm not in my room I hear scratching noises coming from in there. Just now, she was scratching with her front paws on my couch while my boyfriend was sitting next to her. Anyone know why she is scratching on my bed and couch and then laying down on that spot? Is this an unnatural behavior? Can I get her to stop and how?
She's a yellow lab, around 3 1/2 years old, spayed if that helps!

3 AnswersBiology1 decade agoDid anyone see the Fox News "gaff"?
I just watched a rerun of the Daily Show where Jon Stewart pointed out that when Fox News was making fun of the "gaff" Biden made when giving out a website that they didn't check their own spelling... on the bottom, they spelled it "embarassed"... which shouldn't they be? Who's getting fired for that one?!
