1 AnswerMovies5 years agoi am looking for loud intrumentation music to load on my Ipod...?
for my daily commute, with no lyrics. I find that regular classical cannot drown out all the annoying noises. I tried the vacuum cleaner white noise, but I'm sure there are more pleasant sounds available.
So can anyone recommend any artists/titles in the jazz, blues, classical, R&B, rock...etc.
But no lyrics.

1 AnswerEngineering9 years agodownloaded VLC player and now, .BIN files are not recognized.?
I downloaded A free VLP player and was extremely pleased, but I also run GNS3 (a Cisco networking emulator) which uses Cisco router IOSs in .bin format. Now they have been converted to VLC files (with the orange cones!!??) and now GNS3 will not recognize them. And worse, if I try to run GNS3 using IOS from an external drive, the PC also see them as VLC files (but not on other PCs). Anyone help?
1 AnswerOther - Computers9 years agois early tax payment voluntary?
my accountant gave me 4 early payment vouchers this year, because I had owed more than usual for 2009. Are they voluntary, or can I just wait until 4/15 of 2011 and pay it all at that time. Are there penalties if they are not made?

Most popular options terms are ~3 months, from my research.
8 AnswersInvesting1 decade agoShort term stock trading?
Recently, with the volatility of the Market, I have begun to buy stocks and when they go up by few hundreds $, I sell, knowing that it will drop again, and repeat the process. The financials (C, JPM, WFC) are so predictable. I feel nervous about what I am doing. Do I just need to pay the taxes on the profits as if they were CD interests, short term Cap gains, and regular income? I do not want to be surprised when doing my taxes. But I'm having so much fun!!

3 AnswersEngineering1 decade agoElectric amplitude equal to magnetic amplitude?
According to EM theory, speed of light = E/B. So in an EM wave, the E portion is 3x10^8m greater than the B portion...or is it just a dimensional issue (cgs vs mks)
1 AnswerPhysics1 decade agoAir pressure inversely related to velocity?
according to bernoulli's eq, P is inversely proportional to v. The textbk example is the lift of a wing. The curved surface causes the top to flow faster, reducing pressure..thus lift. BUT..the faster air flows, the stronger the force (thus P) is. A strong gust can blow something away. Is there a contradiction??
1 AnswerPhysics1 decade agoair velocity as function of temp?
If a space heater is turned on in a closed room, how will it affect air movement (velocity) in the rm? And I don't mean molecular vel from kinetic theory! I'm sure the air will expand, but I need a velocity term in m/s.

1 AnswerInvesting1 decade agovelocity as function of pressure?
In a closed room, turn on the space heater, and Q and T will increase. Newton's law of cooling: Q=A dT, and Ideal gas law: dP=R dT/V. Combine dT, and dP=QR/VA. Now how do I get velocity in terms of dP? I'm sure this is a standard prob, but don't have any texts now.
